★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per noi la trattoria alla fedeltà vuol dire conford food, cucina casalinga, in un contesto "familiare", ma elegante, il tutto corredato ad un ottimo servizio. Per noi è un appuntamento fisso durante le feste. I prodotti sono freschi e cucinati bene (pasta e gnocchi fatti in casa: da leccarsi i baffi). È un ristorante dove si paga il giusto, non storcono il naso se chiedi una modifica e hanno soluzioni per tutti.
Non è quel posto bougie chic a cui Verona è abituata quindi non ti costa un rene e le porzioni sono normali!
Raccomandatissimo se siete di Verona (e non) e volete una cucina locale fatta bene!
For us, the trattoria alla fidelity means conford food, home cooking, in a "familiar" but elegant context, all accompanied by excellent service. For us it is a fixed appointment during the holidays. The products are fresh and well cooked (homemade pasta and gnocchi: mouth-watering). It is a restaurant where you pay the right amount, they don't turn up their noses if you ask for a change and they have solutions for everyone.
It's not that bougie chic place Verona is used to so it doesn't cost you a kidney and the portions are normal!
Highly recommended if you are from Verona (or not) and want local cuisine done well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da 2 anni la qualità è scesa. La salsa di pomodoro è priva dei normali ingredienti di verdure, è una passata dolciastra. Gli gnocchi senza sale, pepe e uovo. Coniglio e pollo poco cotti. La parmigiana di melanzane senza mozzarella ma con ricotta ( che costa meno ma si raggruma ). Tutto al risparmio. Sempre tanti clienti, ma meno esigenti di ne. Saluti
For 2 years the quality has dropped. The tomato sauce lacks the normal vegetable ingredients, it is a sweet puree. The gnocchi without salt, pepper and egg. Undercooked rabbit and chicken. Eggplant parmigiana without mozzarella but with ricotta (which costs less but clumps). All in savings. Always many customers, but less demanding than any. Greetings

Delicious, home cooking specialty homemade dumplings with horse ragout (pastissada). Friendly and nice staff. Bathrooms more than clean. Right price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't remember the name of the dish I ordered but it resembled lasagna.
I also ordered the pork steak it was ok, but nothing too special. However the lasagna like dish made up for it.
If you are close, I would recommend going and trying it. The gnocchi looked amazing, and I wish I had tried it while I was there.
I ended my meal with a cafe correleto which was perfect.
