Ho pagato tre euro per una bibita senza alcun accompagnamento di stuzzichini. Very poor service and non-alcoholic price, like Gingerino, overpriced for no reason at the counter. I paid three euros for a drink without any accompanying appetizers.
V	Valentina Sala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar dentro al centro commerciale Esselunga in corso Milano, personale molto gentile e veloce nel servizio, il bar è molto spazioso e offre vari tavolini con sedie e divanetti, i prezzi sono un po' più alti della media, però ho trovato ottima l'offerta del tagliere con lo spritz Aperol (5 euro) con vari stuzzichini ricercati, inoltre questi bar li trovi in quasi tutti i supermercati Esselunga Bar inside the Esselunga shopping center in corso Milano, very polite and fast service, the bar is very spacious and offers various tables with chairs and sofas, the prices are a little higher than average, but I found the offer excellent of the cutting board with the Aperol spritz (5 euros) with various refined appetizers, also these bars can be found in almost all Esselunga supermarkets

Il personale è poco: solitamente c’è una sola persona che deve fare fare tutto: cassa, abbonamenti, controllo green pass, preparare caffè e cappuccini, svuotare la lavastoviglie. Risultato: attese infinite alla cassa, poi attese infinite al banco. Due volte su tre l’ordine è sbagliato (chiedo un cappuccino e mi fanno un caffè). Per non parlare dei tavoli a disposizione: sempre pieni di tazze sporche che nessuno viene a ritirare (io sto facendo colazione su un tavolo colmo di tazze: è passata mezz’ora e nessuno è ancora passato tra i tavoli). Quando invece ci sono due persone al banco (rarissimamente), le cose funzionano decisamente meglio. Ho aspettato più di un anno prima di fare questa recensione, per vedere se il problema fosse solo momentaneo, ma vedo che non è così. Unfortunately, for several months the experience in this bar has become really negative. There are few staff: usually there is only one person who has to do everything: checkout, season tickets, green pass control, prepare coffee and cappuccinos, empty the dishwasher. Result: endless waits at the checkout, then endless waits at the counter. Twice out of three times the order is wrong (I ask for a cappuccino and they make me a coffee). Not to mention the tables available: always full of dirty cups that no one comes to collect (I'm having breakfast on a table full of cups: half an hour has passed and no one has passed between the tables yet). When, on the other hand, there are two people at the counter (very rarely), things work much better. I waited over a year before doing this review, to see if the problem was only momentary, but I see it isn't.
