Poi aggiungi il personale accogliente, gentilissimo, positivo e di grande aiuto. Si merita le cinque stelle! L'unico neo è la mancanza di adeguata segnalazione dalla strada principale fino al centro... Nella zona industriale è facile perdersi un po' se non si sa dove andare. Long last! Non ritirano i rifiuti (organico e plastica) da tre giorni; telefono al call center e tutto quello che mi sanno dire è 'la sua segnalazione è stata presa in carico'. Vergognoso!! Ma non è tutto: leggetevi bene il bel 'libriccino d'istruzioni' che ci hanno ammollato all'inizio perchè, se non lo sapete, scoprirete che una parte della plastica va a finire nell'indifferenziata! Ad esempio: lo spazzolino da denti o i vasi di plastica da fiori, pur essendo di plastica, vanno a finire nell'indifferenziata!! E questa sarebbe una RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA? Un'azienda creata per migliorare le condizioni dell'ambiente? O le condizioni economiche dell'azienda?? 'Ma fatem' o piacer'!!' Direbbe Totò...e mi fermo qui perchè sono una signora! Very bad. Infatti stamani 16 giugno avevo l appuntamento alle 10,42 ma sono entrato un'ora dopo!!!! Inoltre ho firmato documenti, a consegna avvenuta, su un cesto grande della spazzatura!!! Non c'è manco un tavolino!!!! Tutte le persone che erano ad aspettare fuori dal cancello del deposito di Rabatta-Sagginale (Borgo San Lorenzo) erano arrabbiate e furiose...... Dovevano poi dimostrare al loro datore di lavoro di aver perso tempo presso Alia oltre il permesso richiesto per l assenza causata dal disservizio subito!! Mi auguro che nei prossimi giorni nessuno debba patire quanto me!! Saluti Catastrophic !!!!! , not the fault of the employees, but the disorganization of the company. Vorrei sottolineare chiamata a pagamento, anche durante l'attesa, i soldi della tassa non bastano per offrire un numero verde (come tra l'altro è indicato sul sito del comune di Borgo San Lorenzo).
