G	Giulia Bonora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione ecologica chiude dieci minuti prima dell’orario stabilito per cui ho dovuto insistere perche’ prendessero la busta con i rifiuti che avevo anche se ho sottolineato di avere pochissime cose, gia’ suddivise in sacchetti. Mi hanno detto che all’una chiudono e il cancello era chiuso per smaltire quello che hanno. Io ero arrivata 12 minuti prima della chiusura. Mi hanno detto di fare una segnalazione all’Hera. Quindi "da solo", dopo molte insistenze, ho scaricato 80 kg di rifiuti ingombranti. Questo servizio di Hera spa è veramente pessimo, visto la considerazione che hanno degli utenti che si sbattono per la differenziata e visto gli utili milionari che fanno sull'impegno gratuito dei cittadini nel trattare i rifiuti in modo sostenibile !!! Sono appena reduce da una esperienza di scarico di oltre 120 kg. di materiali conferiti, sotto l"attento e scrupoloso sguardo vigile di ben 3 operatori ecologici che erano inoltre impegnati in lazzi, chiacchiere tra loro e fumo di gruppo di sigarette, guardandosi bene dal solo chiedere se avessi bisogno di una mano. Forse rientra nel loro disciplinare aziendale inerente il comportamento da tenere in questo periodo di pandemia. Ottimo incentivo all'abbandono dei rifiuti. COMPLIMENTI HERA! Personale abbastanza disponibile e gentile, accesso abbastanza facile da individuare dalla strada; il conferimento viene guidato dagli stessi operatori per evitare errori. Addirittura un addetto ha bestemmiato. Preciso che avevo da scaricare meno di 60 kg di materiale, già diviso in sacchetti e che ho fatto tutto io. Se rinasco voglio venire a lavorare qui!
