★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo gli operatori che dovrebbero aiutare gli utenti sono molto scocciati, poco collaborativi, colpevolizzano il cittadino che vuole buttare una vecchia pentola, manca poco che mi devo riportare a casa la roba da buttare perché secondo loro non va bene. Pessima esperienza.

La stazione è ben organizzata e gli operatori molto disponibili, bisogna solo avere un pò di pazienza soprattutto in questo periodo perché in alcuni momenti c'è da fare un pò di fila e credo sia normale. Io comunque da quando abito a sesto imolese sfrutto l'isola ecologica di Sesto che è completamente automatica e funziona self-service.
È molto comoda e pratica, non si fanno file anche se ogni tanto è bloccata ed è un pò problematico contattare il call centre per fare segnalazioni.

However, since I live in Sesto Imola, I have taken advantage of the ecological island of Sesto which is completely automatic and works self-service.
It is very convenient and practical, there are no queues even if it is sometimes blocked and it is a little problematic to contact the call center to make reports.

Durante il lock down c erano file ma loro sono sempre stati cortesi

Se vado alla posta o in comune e sono in fila e sono arrivato prima della chiusura entro, mentre chi arriva dopo lo orario sta fuori .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo periodo difficile per covid e distanziamenti é di facile accesso e sicuro. Aperto 7 giorni su sette è comodo . Andandoci la mattina presto poca fila. Il personale ti guida a differenziare bene le cose. I cassoni sono facilmente accessibili.
