★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo, in data 28/03 porto una stampante epson, espongo il problema e mi rispondono dicendo che la devono aprire e vedere se si può fare qualcosa, mi chiedono 20€ x il solo preventivo e la lascio. Non si sn mai fatti sentire ho dovuto chiamare più volte e alla fine la segretaria con tono arrogante mi risponde dicendo, mica c'è solo lei...alla fine oggi 08 aprile (quindi dp 11gg) mi dicono la stampante nn è riparabile e che avrei xso l'acconto dato, rispondo ma se le porto 1 altra stampante dv si devono pulire gli ugelli per nn xdere le 20€, cn tono arrogante mi risponde no sono due riparazioni diverse e non è possibile. Rimango di stucco perché nn su può far xdere 20€ per nulla. La vado a ritirare e nn mi viene rilasciato nulla, nemmeno il foglio della consegna, assurdo 20€ buttati e in nero. La porto da 1 altra parte e subito mi dicono che il danno nn è riparabile, apprezzo la professionalità e consegno l'altra stampante, quella cn gli ugelli ostruiti, dico se hanno bisogno di 1 acconto per il preventivo e mi dicono nn occorre l'importante è che se la viene a ritirare. Questa è cortesia e professionalità nn quella di questa ditta russo che mi ha fregato 20€ e rilasciato nulla, tutto in nero!!!
In base alla sua risposta rispondo che nn ho altro da aggiungere mi avete sl truffato 20€ e fatto xdere tempo, altri centri assistenza nn vogliono soldi infatti ho già portato ad altro centro cm già ho citato, quindi nn sl la beffa delle 20€ tutto in nero...non siete affidabili!!!!
Not recommended, on 28/03 I bring an Epson printer, I explain the problem and they answer me saying that they have to open it and see if something can be done, they ask me € 20 for the quote only and I leave it. You never heard of it I had to call several times and in the end the secretary replied with an arrogant tone saying, mica there's only her ... at the end today, April 8 (so dp 11gg) tell me the printer is reparable nn that I would have xso the down payment given, I answer but if I bring you another 1 dv printer you have to clean the nozzles for nn xdere € 20, cn arrogant tone answers me no are two different repairs and it is not possible. I am stunned because nn su can make xdere € 20 for nothing. I'm going to pick it up and nothing is released to me, not even the delivery sheet, absurdly € 20 thrown away and in black. I take it from another place and they immediately tell me that the damage is not repairable, I appreciate the professionalism and I deliver the other printer, the one with the nozzles blocked, I say if they need 1 deposit for the estimate and they tell me I don't need the important is that if it comes to pick it up. This is courtesy and professionalism nn that of this Russian company that cheated me 20 € and released nothing, all in black !!!
