Ho portato la console per verificare quale fosse il problema e in poco tempo con molta professionalità è stato risolto tutto, pulendo l'Intera console e applicando la nuova pasta termica. Consiglio vivamente di fare un salto in negozio per questi e qualsiasi altri problemi, staff competente che con grande professionalità e gentilezza risolve tutto. Sicuramente ritornerò se dovessi avere problemi con altri dispositivi. For days I had problems with my PS4, the fan was spinning absurdly and the console warned me with a message of overheating. Found David, (and with the help of Google translate to communicate with eachother as I don't speak any Italian!) he ordered a screen and got it replaced for me within a few days! Good quality, great service. Highly recommend.
