Sono andato perché la mia aspirapolvere (folletto) non funzionava più; arrivato li, un signore molto gentile (credo il proprietario) mi ha fatto notare che non funzionava non perché era rotta l'aspirapolvere ma perché si era leggermente sfilato il manico quindi era perfettamente funzionante e non necessitava di riparazione perché bastava infilare meglio il manico. Avrebbe potuto dirmi che era rotto il motore o bruciata la scheda ed io avrei accettato e pagato senza sapere che in realtà non c'era nulla di rotto e loro avrebbero intascato soldi senza effettuare lavori; invece hanno preferito l'onestà e la serietà. Ho apprezzato molto questa cosa. Ora qualsiasi cosa dovrò riparare o acquistare andrò da loro perché persone così vanno premiate e sono rare. Grazie. I went because my vacuum cleaner (goblin) was no longer working; arrived there, a very nice gentleman (I think the owner) pointed out that it did not work not because the vacuum cleaner was broken but because the handle had slightly slipped off so it was perfectly functional and did not need repair because it was enough to put the handle better. He could have told me that the engine had broken or the card had burnt and I would have accepted and paid without knowing that in reality there was nothing broken and they would have pocketed money without carrying out work; instead they preferred honesty and seriousness. I really enjoyed this. Now anything I have to repair or buy I will go to them because people are rewarded and rare. Thank you.
F	Fabio Barone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente ho trovato un punto vendita gestito con tale arroganza, saccenza e maleducazione. Ho lasciato un ferro da stiro Tefal a metà aprile. Nei giorni successivi non mi davano alcuna info perché non erano ancora trascorsi 10 giorni (mah..), poi c’erano chiusure varie, poi corsi di formazione.. insomma dopo 3 settimane ancora non sono riusciti a darmi una data entro la quale avrebbero guardato il ferro da stiro. Morale della favola: ritirato il prodotto e portato in un altro centro assistenza che ha effettuato la riparazione in 1 giorno. In the following days they did not give me any info because 10 days (mah ..) had not yet elapsed, then there were various closures, then training courses .. in short, after 3 weeks they still failed to give me a date by which they would have looked at the iron. Moral of the story: the product was withdrawn and taken to another service center that carried out the repair in 1 day.

Usato le prime tre volte il getto di vapore era continuo, dalla quarta volta il getto di vapore usciva non continuo dopo 10 secondi di vapore devo aspettare altri 10 secondi di riscaldamento caldaia per avere ancora 10 secondi di vapore ... e così via . Presentato il problema la risposta è stata che è normale . Non sono d accordo visto che le prime tre volte andava in continuo .... I brought a repaired appliance under warranty ....
