How can the paint come off the furniture just by looking at it? I do not recommend this company, they lack quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera sono Lorenza avendo avuto un problema sulla testata di un letto in ecopellae della ditta Alf mi sono trovata male in quanto si sfogliava, fatto presente mi hanno risposto che era un difetto della ecopelle , ma erano passati 2 anni e non potevano farci niente. Quindi neanche professionali. Sicuramente non ricomprero un letto Alf. Grazie.
Good evening, I'm Lorenza, having had a problem on the headboard of a faux leather bed from the Alf company, I found myself ill as it peeled off, they told me it was a defect in the faux leather, but 2 years had passed and they couldn't do anything about it. So not even professional. I certainly didn't buy an Alf bed back. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio lasciare la mia recensione riferita all'assistenza che ho ricevuto da Alf Italia anche dopo parecchi anni dall'acquisto della cucina. Due volte ho avuto bisogno di due piccoli pezzi di ricambio e due volte me li hanno spediti celerarmente, passandomeli pure in garanzia. Queste non sono cose scontate perché poso garantire che aziende molto più griffate e costose poi peccano proprio nel post vendita. Penso che il tempo per scrivere questa sincera recensione sia il minimo che potessi fare e, dato che le aziende sono fatte di persone, anche se non lo conosco personalmente, un grazie in particolare a Roberto C. per l'assistenza ricevuta.
I want to leave my review referring to the assistance I received from Alf Italia even after several years from the purchase of the kitchen. Twice I needed two small spare parts and twice they sent them to me quickly, even passing them to me under warranty. These are not obvious things because I can guarantee that much more designer and expensive companies then sin in the after-sales. I think the time to write this honest review is the least I could do and, since companies are made up of people, even if I don't know him personally, a special thanks to Roberto C. for the assistance he received.

Acquistato 4 sedie in ecopelle della serie Karina presso un rivenditore in provincia di Roma. Dopo poco tempo il rivestimento ha iniziato a logorarsi fino spaccarsi completamente come si vede dalle foto.
Dal sito si legge: “l'azienda ha fatto della continua ricerca della qualità la propria missione”…..missione fallita!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a full set of monaco bedroom set collection less than a year ago. But, now the faux leather headboard is peeling off. Please let me know if this can be covered under the warranty. I've contacted the store based in NY and left tons of messages and no one replies. What should I do? I purchased this furniture hoping it would last since its made in Italy but now im very dissapointed.
