★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma si può acquistare specchio e lampada led da specchio come da catalogo e scoprire a consegna avvenuta che lo specchio non ha predisposizione per la lampada e che la foratura con il trapano del telaio è a tutto carico (e rischio) del cliente?
A questo punto tanto vale scegliere produttori più economici...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, mi hanno fornito una sheda tecnica basata su misure millimetriche che ha creato successivamente problemi nel montaggio del mobile (il sifone fornito dal rivenditore nonostante fosse salvaspazio ha avuto grosse difficoltà a rientrare nelle misure fornite). Ho sistemato il problema a mie spese , cerasa non ha riconosciuto il problema , ha solo ribadito che le loro schede tecniche fossero perfette .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due mobiletti bagno. In uno dei due è arrivata la cerniera avvitata male,danneggiando all’interno il mobile e facendo sì che il cassetto non fosse in asse. Ho chiesto la sostituzione ma hanno avuto la presunzione di rispondere che prima della spedizione il controllo qualità aveva effettuato tutti i controlli non riscontrando problemi! Azienda arrogante e presuntuosa! Servizio post vendita scadente! Vi sconsiglio di comprare CERASA! Valutate altre aziende!
I bought two bathroom cabinets. In one of the two the hinge has arrived, screwed incorrectly, damaging the cabinet inside and causing the drawer not to be aligned. I asked for a replacement but they presumed to reply that before shipping the quality control had carried out all the checks and found no problems! Arrogant and conceited company! Poor after sale service! I advise against buying CERASA! Evaluate other companies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di là degli ottimi prodotti che ho nei miei due bagni, devo fare i complimenti per l'attenzione al cliente. Un meccanismo di un mobile del 2008 si è rotto dopo 9 anni e ho scritto per sapere dove trovare i ricambi. Mi hanno detto che il prodotto non esisteva più, ma che avendone un residuo in magazzino me l'avrebbero spedito gratis. Se non è un servizio ottimo questo!
Beyond the excellent products that I have in my two bathrooms, I have to compliment the customer attention. A mechanism of a 2008 furniture broke after 9 years and I wrote to know where to find the spare parts. They told me that the product no longer existed, but that having a residue in stock they would have sent it to me for free. If it's not a great service, this is it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo. Dal 2018 stiamo cercando di risolvere un problema con i cassetti del mobile del bagno. Nessuno ci contatta, nessuno risponde alle mail, impossibile parlare con un responsabile. Pessima la segretaria che gestisce le telefonate in sede centrale. Mille volte meglio Ikea.
Mi chiedete di inviare una mail??? Controllate la posta, mittente Rudilosso. Siamo in attesa di risposta da 1 mese alla nostra mail e da 2 anni tramite il vostro rivenditore Proarchs di Roma
One star is too much. Since 2018 we have been trying to solve a problem with the drawers of the bathroom cabinet. Nobody contacts us, nobody replies to emails, impossible to talk to a manager. The secretary who manages the phone calls in the central office is very bad. A thousand times better than Ikea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profondamente delusa, il top del mobile bagno che ho acquistato circa un anno fa si è macchiato, ma non vogliono sostituirlo in garanzia adducendo delle scuse assurde (cioè che si è macchiato a causa del dispenser lasciato per troppo tempo sul piano!!!) Premetto che Il piano è dichiarato antimacchia!!!! Lo avevo espressamente richiesto alla venditrice, la sig.ra Stefania del mobilificio Bruni spa.
Dopo questo post sono stata contattata dalla sig.ra Oriana, che si è dimostrata molto gentile e si sta adoperando per la sostituzione, anche se purtroppo l'intermediario latita... comunque si sono dimostrati attenti alla soddisfazione del cliente. Spero di aggiornarvi presto

Deeply disappointed, the top of the bathroom cabinet that I bought about a year ago is stained, but they do not want to replace it under warranty by giving absurd excuses (i.e. that it is stained due to the dispenser left on the top for too long !!!) that the floor is declared stain resistant !!!! I had expressly requested it from the seller, Ms Stefania of the Bruni spa furniture factory.
After this post I was contacted by Ms Oriana, who proved to be very kind and is working for the replacement, even if unfortunately the intermediary is out of sight ... however they have shown themselves attentive to customer satisfaction. Hope to update you soon
