F	Francesca Perri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se devo essere sincera,il proprietario disponibile e gentile x quel poco ke abbiamo parlato....la stanza blu era piena d polvere ovunque, colazione misera e x d più già aperti succo e marmellata...lenzuola e asciugamani puliti,ma il resto lasciava molto a desiderare..mia figlia d 2 anni ha persino trovato 1 preservativo, e menomale ke nn era stato usato???...il punto dv Si trova è perfetto x la metro e x i vari luoghi da raggiungere a piedi...spero d tornare presto a Roma, ma sicuramente nn da Loro,neanke gratis... If I have to be honest, the helpful and kind owner x that little we talked about .... the blue room was full of dust everywhere, breakfast miser exd more already opened juice and jam ... clean sheets and towels, but the rest left much to be desired .. my 2-year-old daughter has even found 1 condom, and luckily nn had been used??? ... the dv point Is located is perfect x the subway exi various places to reach on foot ... I hope d come back to Rome soon, but definitely not from Loro, neanke free ...

Il signor Andrea, con il quale mi sono rapportato è molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta in merito ai ristoranti più convenienti , alle strade da percorrere, a dove parcheggiare la macchina ed a come muoversi. Particolare chiosa positiva è l'ingresso alla metro, a 50 metri dal cancello dell'appartamento. che consente di raggiungere i posti più caratteristici della città in soli pochi minuti, una vera comodità, un vero lusso. Sempre di fronte allo stesso appartamento è possibile trovare una farmacia, un supermercato, negozi ortofrutticoli , tabacchi , bar e tantissimi ristoranti, Quanto al prezzo per notte devo dire che è assolutamente conveniente per tutto quanto sopra detto, anzi, avendo soggiornato anche in altri b&b della capitale debbo dire che lo terrò sempre in considerazione per ogni mia discesa a Roma perché la reputo una soluzione davvero ottima. Grazie ancora di tutto. Arrivederci, perché ci rivedremo! The apartment is very nice and clean. Mr. Andrea, with whom I have dealt with is very helpful and kind, always ready to respond to any request regarding the most convenient restaurants, the roads to take, where to park the car and how to get around. Particularly positive is the entrance to the metro, 50 meters from the gate of the apartment. which allows you to reach the most characteristic places of the city in just a few minutes, a real convenience, a real luxury. Also in front of the same apartment you can find a pharmacy, a supermarket, fruit and vegetable shops, tobacconists, bars and many restaurants, As for the price per night, I must say that it is absolutely convenient for all of the above, indeed, having also stayed in other b & bs in the capital I must say that I will always keep it in consideration for my every descent to Rome because I consider it a really excellent solution. Servizio cucina completamente disponibile... e colazione abbondandissima, molto libera. Ottime le torte della padrona di casa... Andrea è un giovane molto disponibile (è venuto ad aprirmi alle 4 di mattina). Mi ha sempre risposto celermente anche via posta elettronica. La metro è praticamente davanti al cancello, in 20' si è alla stazione Termini. Con pazienza si trova anche da parcheggiare in spazi liberi. Comodissimo da raggiungere in auto, perche vicino all'uscita del GRA Aurelia. Roma è una città splendita, e avendo trovato anche un ottimo (rapporto qualità/prezzo/localizzazione) alloggio, penso proprio che ci torneroo.... Completely new environment, in the apartment on the first floor, completely renovated. 3 rooms, very quiet, well furnished and complete with everything. Fully available kitchen service ... and very abundant breakfast, very free. Excellent cakes of the hostess ... Andrea is a very helpful young man (he came to open me at 4 in the morning). He always answered me quickly, even via e-mail. The metro is practically in front of the gate, in 20 'you are at Termini station. With patience it is also found to park in free spaces. Very easy to reach by car, because it is close to the exit of the GRA Aurelia. Rome is a splendid city, and having also found an excellent (quality / price / location) accommodation, I think I will be back ....
