β β β β β I came here with a friend who has celiac. The food is delicious and I would be happy to eat here even if I wasnt specifically looking for gluten free food. The owners were very friendly and helpful explaining the different dishes and helping with Italian pronunciations. We came back several times and I would recommend it to anyone.

β β β β β A wonderful, new gluten free fast food restaurant in Bologna! I was so impressed with the amount of sweet and savory options, including drinks and beers. I got a piadino with mortadella which was huge and delicious. The owner catered to me and helped me make a decision on what to get, and even spoke with me as I ate. He was very funny, friendly, and happy to tell me about himself and the restaurant!
Would definitely recommend this place to celiacs, those with a gluten intolerance, and even those without!

β β β β β The staff helped explain the menu and were very kind. The piadina was a large portion and a very good value. The hummus and vegetable aldina was very flavorful. Brownie was excellent. It was wonderful being able to find a quality gluten free restaurant in Italy.

β β β β β A bit off the tourist trail, around the corner from the hospital but oh, so worth the journey. The chance to eat proper Bolognese piadina and crescioni was not to be missed and Aldina does not disappoint. The crescioni with pumpkin, chard, herbs and balsamic glaze was sensational. Choose from three different custom doughs (all gluten free, that took over a year to perfect) and enjoy. They also do fabulous gluten and lactose free pastries. They're on JustEat, MyMenu and Deliveroo if you don't want to make the journey in person. Unmissable if you have a gluten or lactose intolerance.

β β β β β Upon finding out that Aldina offers gluten free Bolognese street food, my wife and I were intrigued. We made the trek over to have dinner there. First impression was fantastic. This is a very casual type of place where you order at the front desk, and they bring food out to you to eat at several bench seats or take away. The staff was super friendly, recognized we were not locals and took the time to explain what their specialties were. We ordered a piadina and two croscioni to share. All are available with different fillings. We finished off with a sweet aldina. Price is also very good for what you get. I'm also super impressed by the fact that the dough they use in the piadina and croscioni is so great, tasty and doesn't break - which for a gluten free dough is very tough to do.
