Can’t say I loved it - don’t like being sick. We were there for nearly 9 HOURS!! Staff were EXCELLENT, Caring, tried so hard to communicate in English. We were told that this was the best hospital in Bologna and I agree. Blame the Government for long waiting time and lack of funding - same as Australia- 1 doctor hundreds of people all waiting in chairs cubicles beds - anything!! The staff were so LOVELY esp Dr Alice, the Ambos, orderlies, Triage nurse, general nurses - tried so hard to do what they could given their resources!! Big hospital plenty of room but no staff to deal with the volume!! If the Church was doing its job there would be no need for jolly hospitals - just ask St Francis!! Non posso dire di averlo amato - non mi piace essere malato. Eravamo lì per quasi 9 ore !! Il personale era ECCELLENTE, premuroso, ha cercato così difficile comunicare in inglese. Ci è stato detto che questo era il miglior ospedale di Bologna e sono d'accordo. Incolpate il governo per i lunghi tempi di attesa e la mancanza di fondi - come l'Australia - 1 medico centinaia di persone che aspettano tutti nei letti delle cabine delle sedie - qualsiasi cosa !! Il personale era così DAVVERO sp. Alice, gli Ambos, gli inservienti, l'infermiera di Triage, le infermiere generiche - hanno provato così tanto a fare quello che potevano dare le loro risorse !! Grande ospedale in abbondanza di spazio ma nessuno staff per gestire il volume !! Se la Chiesa facesse il suo lavoro non ci sarebbe bisogno di ospedali allegri - basta chiedere a San Francesco !!
