Gli operatori sono giovani, cordiali e cercano di coinvolgere gli ospiti il più possibile (ovviamente im base al grado di difficoltà dell ospite) con canti,raccontando srotie,con la palla a sedere e con una ginnastica molto dolce con oggetti fatti da loro per mercatini poi c è la cena di natale, lo scambio doni fatto dagli ospiti...Il cibo è buono e cerca di assecondare il più possibile l esigenza dell ospite(in molti non hanno i denti e mangiano poco e male) Offrono anche servizio (ovviamente a pagamento) di "navetta" per andare a prendere e riportare l ospite a casa.
