Receptionst was extremely rude and racist.
After he handed me the keys he told me to leave at 9am in the morning or I will be charge for another day
He waited for me at the reception exactly at 9am to see if I leave and it was extremely rude.
I will never go there again and the hotel should teach some manners to their staff on how to treat customers.
Very bad experience!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old style Italian hotel like I used to go when I was a child, family business also. It's clean, in a good position for visiting Mantua and decent. Breakfast has a good variety with basic products. Very kind and helpful staff.
