★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necessario prenotare, ma impossibile farlo in loco, ci impiegano circa 3 giorni per rispondere alla mail ed al telefono non rispondono affatto. Avevo urgenza di sbrigare delle pratiche prima di partire per un viaggio e non l'ho potuto fare.
 Necessary to book, but impossible to do it on site, it takes about 3 days to answer the email and the phone does not answer at all. I had an urgent need to go through some paperwork before leaving for a trip and I couldn't do it.
