Room smelled very strongly of disinfectant. Staff a little too indifferent.

All inclusive is not all inclusive! You have to pay for every drinks in a bar!!! 4 stars ? No way! Maybe 3 ! I can see only old people and family with kids. Everything is made for Kids.. songs, music and hotel party. It is very loud also at the lunch time.. Animators are playing with the kids everywhere.. Maybe for Family it is a good place but not for people without Kids. Here are also Dogs.. also loud. We are just bored.. and angry because of paying for our drinks all the time.. So that's why i buy a Travel all inclusive :/ The Hotel is actually very beauty but the organisation is just baaad! Nobody speak english or german. They looked as like we ware an aliens.. I saw maybe two german guests and they had also problems with communication. Even if I say that I can understand them, they speak Italian and looked me like I'm stupid... Its very uncomfortable. Food ? Every day the same, not good.. where is the famous Italian Kitchen? Not here! WLAN ? Not working Air conditioning - not working.. We are really feeling like we were in a Kindergarten with sea view.. Its really shame because this place could be really a very good and beautiful hotel.. just shame..

Great place for families with kids. We have two, 11 and 1.5 years old, and they both enjoyed.

Nice hotel. Except some "but"s. *Beach: very crowded. Water is very clear despite sandy bottom. *Restaurant: quite good. In the beginning they assign certain table for you and you can't change it during stay. It has pros and cons. Overall acceptable but sometimes I feel spirit of jail. *Staff: friendly. But very few of the staff can speak English. Even at the reception. Overall I like it.

We visited at the beginning of July. Occupancy was around 25%, and we often had the swimming pool for our selves. Only Italians in the hotel, which was great. Big thank you to Giovanni and Fabio from the main bar, who were very helpful, friendly to kids and attentive. Great Italian coffee everywhere and anytime. 5 mins walk from the town Le Castella with many shops, restaurants, etc. There is a 2400y old castle right by the beach making the view breathtaking. Definitely recommend. ACCOMODATION 2 story villas with individual apartments are spread across well maintained garden with palm trees. Large room with TV, individual aircon, fridge. All good. FOOD We got all inclusive, incl. free alcohol drinks from noon. Breakfast - only weaker point. Every day the same. It was tasty, especially freshly baked 4 kinds of croissants, but remained the same for whole week. Lunch&Dinner - always changing, and very delicious mostly Italian food. Wide variety of starters, salads, 3 types of pasta (always done perfectly al dente), meat, fish, or seafood dish. Once we even got nice rare done tuna steak. Ice cream for lunch, different local desserts for dinner. Best was Mille-feuilles. I think we have tasted most of the italian dishes :-) POOLS & BEACH 2 big pools, one up to 2,6m deep. Jacuzzi and pool for little kids. All very clean, with life guards. Nice sandy beach, directly in front of the hotel. Free chairs from 6th row. Very clean beach and water. Gradual entrance into the sea. Perfect for kids. ENTERTAINMENT Very large Animation crew of of about 17 people. Very friendly and helpful. Had a lot of energy and a lot of different activities for the kids. They also had activities and games for adults, evening shows with singing and dance shows. Guy with guitar played live after lunch and in the evening by the main bar. All done in Italian, but anyone can follow and was a lot of fun. They even have a big stage/amphitheater with professional sound and lighting equipment for the evening shows. One tip. Since the hotel is clearly oriented towards Italians, not so many people can speak English which didn’t bother us. It would be very helpful to have a manual in English explaining all animations programs, trips, what hotel has to offer and especially that one pool is for relaxation only etc. We figured it out on our own but it would have been nice to know advance like the Italians did on their first night during the information show. I would also add some more people in the morning during breakfast to help out at the coffee corner. We loved our stay. It was really what our family needed. Very relaxing, entertaining, good food and great people. Thank you!!!
