Dopo una prima fase conoscitiva, lo staff ci ha guidato nella scelta del nostro parquet tra le tante essenze disponibili nello showroom. La posa è stata eseguita a regola d'arte ed è qui che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente la qualità dell'azienda che si avvale di posatori ben qualificati e disponibili nell'assecondare le nostre richieste. In particolare un doveroso ringraziamento al signor Ivano che, con apprezzabile pazienza e precisione, ha risolto qualche problema preesistente in cantiere riguardante la livellatura del massetto. Grazie infine a Gianni Pagliara per la disponibilità dimostrata, per essere venuto incontro ad ogni richiesta, anche non precedentemente pattuita in fase contrattuale, e per aver offerto un servizio di assistenza post vendita che abbiamo gradito davvero molto. After an initial cognitive phase, the staff guided us in choosing our parquet among the many essences available in the showroom. The installation was carried out in a workmanlike manner and it is here that we have appreciated the quality of the company the most, which makes use of well-qualified installers available in satisfying our requests. In particular, a dutiful thanks to Mr. Ivano who, with appreciable patience and precision, has solved some pre-existing problems on the construction site regarding the leveling of the screed. Finally, thanks to Gianni Pagliara for his availability, for meeting every request, even not previously agreed in the contract phase, and for offering an after-sales service that we really appreciated very much. Alberani Parketti ... recommended!
