Siamo stati indirizzati all'azienda agricola Donna Olearia dove abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di conoscere due persone squisite che ci hanno intrattenuto per un paio d'ore dandoci ampie spiegazioni sulla produzione e le varie tipologie di olio. Pur non avendo avuto l'opportunità di visitare il frantoio perché in questo momento non operativo, siamo stati gradevolmente colpiti dalla disponibilità dei sigg. Francesco e Grazia Barba. Non mancheremo di far degustare i loro ottimi prodotti (vincitori del premio Concours AVPA 2016 di Parigi) ad amici e parenti.

We wanted to visit an oil mill taking advantage of our holidays in Lecce.
We were directed to the Donna Olearia farm where we had the opportunity to meet two exquisite people who entertained us for a couple of hours, giving us ample explanations about the production and the various types of oil. Despite not having had the opportunity to visit the mill because at this time not operational, we were pleasantly impressed by the availability of the Messrs. Francesco and Grazia Barba. We will not fail to let our friends and relatives taste their excellent products (winners of the Concours AVPA 2016 Paris prize).
