E vergognosa questa condizione. Una città come Alassio che permette una situazione del genere e veramente a limite dello scandalo. I confirm the dozens of negative reviews! Impossible to call - they don't answer and hang up. Is it possible that no one takes action? This condition is shameful. A city like Alassio that allows such a situation and truly on the verge of scandal.

Spiegatemi a che cavolo serve avere un numero telefonico e un centralino per prenotare visite se dopo molteplici telefonate a raffica e dieci minuti di attesa a chiamata mi viene riattaccato il cellulare in faccia!?!?! E se un anziano avesse bisogno urgente.....tipo i miei nonni per i quali provo da ore a chiamare?!? A tempo a morire con voi bifolchi che non vi degnate nemmeno di rispondere....per non parlare di quando vai di persona allo sportello e se sei fortunato trovi qualcuno!!!!! DA DENUNCIA Unspeakably obscene !!! Explain to me what the hell is the use of having a telephone number and a switchboard to book visits if after multiple phone calls in bursts and ten minutes of waiting per call, my cell phone is hung up in my face!?!?! And if an elderly person has an urgent need ..... like my grandparents for whom I have been trying to call for hours?!? In time to die with you yokels who do not even deign to answer .... not to mention when you go to the counter in person and if you are lucky you find someone !!!!! FROM COMPLAINT
L	Loredana Trupia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo veramente vergognoso che ancora ad oggi con tutti i mezzi telematici di cui disponiamo,sia inverosimile il fatto che non si riesca in nessun modo a comunicare con Alassio salute ,un paziente fa'prima a morire ,e poi ci chiediamo come mai gli ospedali sono sempre affollati,e quando per volontà divina si riesce ,ti ritrovi a parlare con gli addetti/e che rispondono alle telefonate non qualificate/i con modi ,sgarbati,freddi ,inopportuni,vergogna I find it really shameful that even today with all the telematic means we have, it is unlikely that we are unable in any way to communicate with Alassio salute, a patient dies first, and then we wonder why hospitals are always crowded, and when by divine will it is possible, you find yourself talking to the employees who answer unskilled phone calls with ways, rude, cold, inappropriate, shame

Come sempre le ragazze dello sportello sono una garanzia per la mancanza di disponibilità nonostante abbiano a che fare con persone che si recano da loro per problemi di salute e non certo per divertimento. Bad. As always, the girls at the counter are a guarantee for the lack of availability despite having to deal with people who come to them for health problems and certainly not for fun.

Il personale è molto giovanile e disponibile ,preparati e molto pazienti. CUP per prenotazioni ,analisi e uffici medici . Una gran bella struttura molto ampia , pulita e dinamica ,che poco ha a che fare con il solito stress da ambiente ospedaliero. Rapidissimi . Outpatient Clinic. For analysis by reservation the opening is already from 7.00. The staff is very young and helpful, prepared and very patient. CUP for reservations, analyzes and medical offices. A great, very large, clean and dynamic structure, which has little to do with the usual stress of a hospital environment. Very fast.
I	Isabella G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking experience. Booked with great difficulty rapid COVID test. Advertised fee 30 euros, but I had to pay an extra of 10 euros for unknown reason. Certificates should have arrived by SMS but nothing arrived. The place should be open 7 days a week until 7 pm, but when we went before 6:30 to check what happened to our certificates (we did 3 tests) the place was closed. It was on Saturday and a paper on the door said it will reopened on Monday (so not open on Sunday as advertised). One of us needs to fly Monday morning at 8 am so no chance of getting the test on time. Plus by Monday it will be nearly expired so useless. A total fraud, this place should be closed down.
