★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paghi per avere disponibilità sanitarie all'avanguardia ma poi ti rendi conto che sono medici specializzati qualunque,nulla di eccezionale insomma se non dai costi.
You pay for state-of-the-art healthcare availability but then you realize that they are any specialized doctors, nothing exceptional in short if not by costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 26/11 ho fissato una visita con il prof.Rossello per il 5/12 ore 16.20.
Il giorno 5 alle 14 circa telefono per conferma dell''orario: è confermato (vengo da Albenga , ho un'attività in proprio e mi devo organizzare con sostituzioni ecc).
Arrivo alle 16 e la persona al ricevimento mi dice che il prof. Rossello è in ritardo perché impegnato in sala operatoria per un'urgenza. Le chiedo perché non sono stato avvisato e mi viene risposto che non ha ritenuto fosse il caso. La paziente in sala di attesa con me invece é stata avvisata! Sempre la stessa impiegata mi conferma che comunque io sono subito dopo. Alle 17.35 chiedo sempre alla stessa impiegata se ormai é il mio turno, mi risponde che l'ordine é stato modificato dal professore e io sarò l'ultimo! Anche questa volta ha ritenuto di non dovermi avvisare. Sono andato via. Lascio a chi legge ogni commento.
On 26/11 I scheduled a visit with Prof. Rossello for 5/12 at 16.20.
On day 5 at about 2 pm I call to confirm the time: it is confirmed (I come from Albenga, I have my own business and I have to organize myself with substitutions etc.)
I arrive at 16 and the person at the reception tells me that prof. Rossello is late because he is busy in the operating room for an emergency. I ask her why I have not been notified and I am told that she did not think this was the case. The patient in the waiting room with me was warned! Always the same employee confirms to me that in any case I am immediately after. At 5.35 pm I always ask the same employee if it is my turn now, she replies that the order has been changed by the professor and I will be the last! Also this time he felt he did not have to warn me. I went away. I leave every comment to the reader.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi hanno fatto entrare per accompagnare mia nipote alla visita oculistica perché non avevo green pass. Ma al momento di pagare mi hanno fatto accomodare senza mascherina, senza rilevare la temperatura e senza igienizzare le mani. Pagliacci e poco professionali.
They didn't let me in to accompany my niece to the eye examination because I didn't have a green pass. But when it was time to pay they made me sit without a mask, without taking the temperature and without sanitizing my hands. Clowns and unprofessional.
