★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here solo as I'm traveling for work. I took the opportunity to eat here based upon an over heard conversation at work.
So glad I did. It's a very well laid out restaurant. It has a quiet and professional quality to it that was not reflected in the prices.
It specialises in its own Culatello (amongst other things) which is a delicacy of this region. I was lucky enough to be shown round the cellar where they store the Culatello (up to 50 months in some cases). Such an amazing sight. It was clear that the family take it very seriously and are so proud of their culture and history. They genuinely cared and enjoyed what they were doing.
A very real pleasure for me to have been allowed to see this and a wonderful meal. The waiters were patient with me and my stuttering grasp on Italian.
