Villa Ersilia

vacanza ad agosto IMPECCABILE ! abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane a Villa Ersilia in una camera family al 4 piano ( ancora ci manca ....) parto dalla fase di prenotazione ... receptionist davvero carine , gentili e professionali nel spiegare tutto ... Arriviamo domenica 8 agosto e subito accolti con un sorriso e davvero tanta gentilezza ... arriviamo in camera e che dire VISTA SPETTACOLARE ! due letti matrimoniali grandissimi che ancora rimpiango ..... due bagni PULITISSIMI come del resto tutta la camera ... son sincera leggendo alcune recensioni mi domando se abbiamo alloggiato nella stessa struttura .... La mattina andare a fare colazione era un piacere .... devo dire che ho trovato un buon assortimento ( i miei figli ancora mi chiedono la colazione come da Villa Ersilia ...) i camerieri gentilissimi e sempre un buongiorno con il sorriso ( anche se avevano la mascherina ! lo specifico chissà mai ...) . abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina e ci è piaciuta davvero molto .... non quella panoramica perchè per i bambini meglio l'altra .... una sera ho chiesto un room service e un dieci e lode per la cena squisita .... Insomma io promuovo su tutta la linea ....saremo sicuramente di nuovo ospiti .....

Il servizio pasti cena necessita di maggiore personale , cosa che si ha invece a colazione e non vi è un grande bisogno, la colazione ottima e abbondante, la cena buona . Bellissima struttura, nel complesso elegante e comoda per quanto riguarda le camere con in dotazione in bagno di asciugacapelli e necessario per la toilettatura. Le suites sono in un paradiso di verde, ma all' interno non so, perché io ho alloggiato in albergo. La SPA ancora non è finita ma ha grandi potenzialità con uscita in piscina esterna con vista panoramica. Vi è un bosco di ulivi e altri alberi meraviglioso, cornice splendida e salubre su una collinetta ventilata. Due piscine bellissime. Purtroppo scarsa la connessione in camera o non si attiva affatto. Tuttavia consigliatissima

Ho soggiornato jn questa struttura per 4 notti. Struttura molto grande e personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Peccato per la posizione che, rispetto al centro di Soverato, dista quasi un km su strade totalmente sprovviste di marciapiedi o piste ciclabili. Buona l'idea del servizio navetta per sopperire. Qualche problema con la pulizia della stanza il primo giorno di pernottamento. Colazione a buffet nella media. Belle le due piscine presenti all'interno della struttura.

È stato un piacere accompagnare gli sposi in questo luogo nella nostra magnifica Soverato Eventicar automobili per matrimoni ed eventi.

We were planning our wedding for over a year and 5 days before it the wedding coordinator was NO LONGER working with Villa Ersilia. We met another person who supposed to take care of everything BUT unfortunately that did not happen. Logistically speaking they literally MESSED UP each IMPORTANT detail such as our family table for dinner! They were NOT PREPARED for the bar and ran out of ice after 30mins. They dare to served us our FIRST DRINK IN A PLASTIC GLASS with NO ICE. NO PROSECCO available either. The manager was never available, I HAD TO RUN to the kitchen as NO ONE was around to sort out few things. They DID NOT SERVE COFFEE after dinner, nor digestive which WAS INCLUDED in the package. When sorting out payment their general manager WAS NOT decent enough to offer a discount, she just gave us "excuses". From a hotel point of view everything was GREAT, good service, they let us check-in with earlier with no extra fee. Thank you for that! Should you want to organize a wedding here BE CAREFUL!

?? Disappointing. The suite was not living up to the expectations. The suite we were initially given had no bath tub (which they do mention 3 times as "spa bath" , "hot tub" and "bath tub" in the facilities of the suite on Booking.com, and even as "Jacuzzi" on their website), so we were moved to another suite. The second suite had a disappointing view compared to the rest of the hotel, as there was a huge tree blocking half of the view, while normal rooms had the best view with no obstacles. The bath tub was old and had some mild bubbles that could not be adjusted as the buttons were broken, and couldn't even fit two people. When we asked to change back to the initial suite (15 minutes later) they said it was not possible, because other customers had arrived. The first suite was small, but looked very new with wooden floor and new furniture. The second suite was much larger but had old furniture and looked outdated in full. Also, there was some water randomly appearing in the bathroom floor in three different places, probably a leakage issue. When arriving there was no communication on additional facilities or extra activities of the hotel. The indoor pool was closed and also the spa and gym were not accessible (covid?). The breakfast was highly disappointing and looked as if it was at least two days old. Options were very limited, bread looked very cheap, ham was dark and Cappuccino had no foam. We were never greeted in the morning from the receptionist, we felt like nobody cared of giving us a good experience. We have many friends and family in the area and we could have been regular customers to what is suppose to be the best hotel in the area. However, after this stay we will not consider it as an option again. ?? To end with a positive note, location is very good, close to the center and the beach (by car, if you walk expect an intensive hike). We had a private parking spot with the suite. The view was beautiful, seeing the sea and the city. They were not troubled when we asked last minute for a late check out.
