OK, you might have to wait a little during peak hours but it's well worth it. Rita, the manager, told me the piadina comes from an old recipe passed on in her family for decades. Also, most of the produce used for the filling is either locally grown or organic. Finally, you should definitely try their top class vegetarian and/or vegan version. I did, trust me, to die for.
