Prima antipasto di salame coppa crudo e pancetta vino un groppello le Guaine e verdure in agrodolce. Caffè ecc... ecc. Da qualche tempo il locale è stato in parte trasformato in birreria, con una selezione di birre classiche e artigianali. Ampia la scelta di vini locali e non solo. Antipasti di salumi e formaggi con gnocco fritto; oppure gamberoni al vapore. Casoncelli al burro, tagliata di carne e grigliata di pesce. L'atmosfera un po' retrò ti fá capire di essere proiettato in epoche dove i fronzoli culinari non trovano appigli. Comodo parcheggio. Servizio veloce ed efficiente, cucina sapiente di tradizione con scelta di alimenti di qualitá. Antipasto dello chef con salumi, formaggi, giardiniera e altre chicche della casa. A questo punto si sarebbe già sazi e, una mente razionale non avrebbe concepito un secondo come da me ordinato come lo spiedo alla bresciana. L'esecuzione del piatto con accompagnamento della polenta e delle patate arrostite è stato realizzato a regola d'arte. Si beve bene e si ha disposizione una buona carta dei vini secondo le esigenze di ogni commensale. Il dolce confezionato stona con il resto delle libagioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. The staff is kind and welcoming, but the real peculiarity of this place is the quality of the food: extremely cured and carefully cooked it is served in such a way you get the essence at first glance and enjoy the taste of the food at second.
