S	Sofia Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Una cucina curata con porzioni adatte. Il risotto molto buono, così come gli antipasti. Il locale è curato, gli spazi tra i tavoli ampi. Anche la cascina all'estero ha fascino, con il chiostro dove sono collocati i tavoli all'aperto. La stella in meno è perché non ho molto apprezzato il menu senza prezzi fornito alle donne, mi sembra una cosa un po' fuori dai nostri tempi (ovvero anche le donne guadagnano e pagano, fornire il menu senza prezzi presuppone dipendenza economica dall'uomo). Altra cosa: a parte un cartello all'inizio della strada da imboccare, sulla cascina non c'è alcuna indicazione del nome del locale. We ate very well. A fine cuisine with suitable portions. The risotto is very good, as are the appetizers. The restaurant is well-finished, the spaces between the tables are wide. Even the farmhouse abroad has charm, with the cloister where the outdoor tables are placed. The star in the minus is because I did not appreciate the menu without prices provided to women, it seems to me something a little out of our times (i.e. women also earn and pay, providing the menu without prices presupposes economic dependence on men) . Another thing: apart from a sign at the beginning of the road to take, on the farmhouse there is no indication of the name of the place.

La cantina è molto ben fornita con proposte interessanti come il bianco Valdostano che abbiamo bevuto dopo le bolle. Ci tornerò presto per una valutazione più approfondita Quick dinner after tennis, mixed starters: culatello, ham, goose breast, venison carpaccio, followed by malfatti with bagos. The cellar is very well stocked with interesting proposals such as the white Valdostano that we drank after the bubbles. I'll be back soon for a more in-depth review

Ho assaggiato la tartare, buona, ben condita, e le verdure al vapore (piatto gigante di verdure di stagione , l’ho apprezzato molto). Passando di qui per lavoro ci tornerò … magari quando sarà possibile mangiare nei tavoli fuori. ? The restaurant is very nice, I visited it in winter but I imagine what a peaceful corner outdoor tables can offer ?. I tasted the tartare, good, well seasoned, and the steamed vegetables (a giant dish of seasonal vegetables, I really enjoyed it). Passing by here for work I will return ... maybe when it will be possible to eat at the tables outside. ?

L'impressione è che la scelta del menu di pesce non sia quella naturale per questo tipo di locale, a giudicare dalla qualità dei sapori che si trovano nel piatto. Non parlo di cattiva qualità delle materie prime o della loro preparazione, ma del risultato finale piuttosto "piatto". Gli eccellenti vini giustificano in buona parte il prezzo insieme all'ambientazione, ma a mio modesto parere i piatti non sono stati alla medesima altezza. The place is very suggestive, with low cross vaults and furnishings that enhance the cellar and above all its contents! The impression is that the choice of the fish menu is not the natural one for this type of place, judging by the quality of the flavors found in the dish. I'm not talking about the poor quality of the raw materials or their preparation, but about the rather "flat" final result. The excellent wines largely justify the price along with the setting, but in my humble opinion the dishes were not at the same height.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato gli spaghetti con la bottarga di tonno (condimento a freddo con pomodoro e olio extravergine d’oliva del Garda), l’insalata di mare e i tagliolini all’astice. Servizio accurato. Siamo ritornati una domenica sera e siamo stati accolti molto bene. Prezzi corretti. The restaurant is located in a large renovated farmhouse. We had a fish-based lunch. We greatly appreciated the spaghetti with tuna bottarga (cold dressing with tomato and Garda extra virgin olive oil), seafood salad and tagliolini with lobster. Accurate service. We returned on a Sunday evening and were made very welcome. Correct prices.
