The first impression is that of a beautiful restaurant! The atmosphere is familiar, the managers, spouses, are exquisite. Instead, she serves at the tables, very obsequious and attentive. However, in my opinion, the doses of fresh porcini were not sufficient given the cost of the dish. The dish in fact looked good but I would say that the sliced ​​transparent sliced ​​mushrooms were more or less 2 and small in size with a basket of bread to fill the plate and satisfy the eye. The fried porcini mushrooms, on the other hand, had a salty breading and at the cooking limit (very dark) and remained rather heavy in digestion .. The phenomenal tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, really excellent, while those with donkey felt distinctly of salt, perhaps glutamate, covering the flavor of the sauce and making liters of water necessary to quench your thirst. A sore point is the radio tuned to 102.5 with lots of commercials, radio news, TRAP music, Raggeton and summer hits that frankly in a place like this not only out of tune but remain rather annoying, especially at dinner. The second courses are around 16/18 euros, too much for a restaurant of this type and the starters and first courses between 10 and 15 euros. On the other hand, cheap, medium-quality and abundant wine by the glass. Reluctantly 3 stars for the aforementioned reasons (rooms, quantity, music, price) but 5 stars for the kindness and commitment of the managers.
