★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese and salumi plate will knock your socks off. It's not for the non-adventurous as ours included salumi made for horse. It's not an uncommon meat in Italy. This wine bar is on the oldest street in town and is charming and nicely hidden, compared to the aperitivo scene on the main piazza.
