★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception really helpful but not big service, the bus was for to time to early.. and no one change the sheets after ask 2 time in 2 days. 2stars is for the reception with long and black hair..(sorry but I dont remember the name)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are large and well kept. However, there's a kitchen without any dishes. A microwave without any mugs or plates. The large pool is nice but the walls need cleaning. The silent pool (adults only) is very nice and relaxing. The prices for food and drinks are very high, I suggest hitting the town for a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top location for kids, excellent restaurant (many different courses from pasta to meat, fish, plenty of desserts), pool and entertainment for children as well as for adults. Evening parties are child-friendly, full of dancing and fun-guaranteed.
Location is close to the beach; a free shuttle bus is available to and from the beach, where a part of the beach is dedicated to people staying in the Ai Pozzi hotel.
Friendly staff and well maintained gardens, while bedrooms are cleaned every day.
With or without children, do not hesitate to choose this excellent place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with big pool. We had a studio apartment in building F. The bathroom could need a renovation.
We did not eat at the hotel, so we can't rate the foot itself. Nevertheless breakfast is 10€pP and Dinner is 25€pP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of this village is lovely but we found it a bit run down. Maintenance around the pool areas is highly needed and in some suites as well. In our rooms our shower kept flooding the bathroom and we found ourselves having to mop up the floor everytime one of us showered. The restaurant service was at times a bit slow but the food quite good. Overall I gave it 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inner pool closed because the covid. Swiming cup mandatory in the pool due to covid... The joke... The direction closes the services and sacrify the confort of the clients justifying the covid when they want only to save money. They take the clients for stupids. Not recommendable.
