Lazienda si è giustificata dicendo che il produttore ha inviato quelle, non prospettando alcuna soluzione alternativa. Risultato: pagate 35 euro per un kit di cerniere inutili.
Servizio assistenza assolutamente pessimo
We waited for over a month for a simple kit of hinges, paid moreover at the time of the order, to discover during the assembly phase that they were not those requested and ordered.
The company justified itself by saying that the manufacturer sent those, not proposing any alternative solution. Result: you pay 35 euros for a kit of unnecessary hinges.
