G	Gianni Antoniazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una torre ben ristrutturata immersa tra gli ulivi dai quali la famiglia che lo gestisce ricava del buon olio. Dalla cima della collina si gode di una bella vista a 360 gradi. Il punto di forza è la cucina, casalinga di Lucia, non c'e un menù ma quello che c'è è davvero soddisfacente perché comunque ci sono tante cose e sono buone. Ricordo in particolare le pizzatelle, la zuppetta di fave e cicoria, le bietole leggermente piccanti, i ravioli e le orecchiette al sugo. Il punto debole è la prima impressione in quanto all'arrivo, sul retro, ci sono alcune cose inutilizzate che danno un senso di trascuratezza che in realtà poi non c'è. Un piccolo miglioramento che credo possa fare la differenza It is a well-restored tower surrounded by olive trees from which the family that manages it obtains good oil. From the top of the hill you can enjoy a beautiful 360 degree view. The strong point is Lucia's home cooking, there is no menu but what is there is really satisfying because there are many things and they are good. I particularly remember the pizzatelle, the bean and chicory soup, the slightly spicy chard, the ravioli and the orecchiette with sauce. The weak point is the first impression as on arrival, on the back, there are some unused things that give a sense of neglect that in reality there is not. A small improvement that I believe can make a difference

La posizione dell’agriturismo è incantevole, la struttura è unica, un’antica torre immersa fra gli uliveti che guardano il lago di Varano. E l’accoglienza calda e spontanea della famiglia Bruno ha reso indimenticabile la nostra permanenza. Un abbraccio a Lucia, cuoca eccellente e ospite perfetta, e a Francesco, sempre disponibile a risolvere qualunque nostra necessità. Consigliatissimo. We chose the Torre Bruno farmhouse a little by chance, but we were rewarded with a wonderful holiday. The location of the farm is enchanting, the structure is unique, an ancient tower surrounded by olive groves overlooking the Varano lake. And the warm and spontaneous welcome of the Bruno family made our stay unforgettable. A hug to Lucia, excellent cook and perfect host, and to Francesco, always available to solve any of our needs. Highly recommended.

Allora telefona un'altra parente per fare sapere che abbiamo consultato vari meteo e che non dovrebbe piovere. Ci rispondono che loro non fanno le cene ( evidentemente accettano le prenotazioni col solo intento di rovinare il compleanno alla gente), che ormai hanno cancellato la prenotazione e che la cuoca non può più organizzarsi. "Sarà per la prossima volta" concludono con faccia di bronzo. Cari signori, la prossima volta non ci sarà e non mancherò di raccontare l'accaduto a chi vuole venire a mangiare da voi. We booked for a birthday dinner to do outside. They call the morning of the same day to cancel because, according to them, it will surely rain. Accoglienza cordiale e familiare. Piatti della tradizione locale fatti in casa da Lucia, semplici ma ottimi e con ingredienti freschi locali. Siamo stati molto bene, consigliato! Authentic farmhouse of the Gargano in an ancient tower block, immersed in a valley of olive groves, with modern and very clean services and rooms. Friendly and familiar welcome. Traditional local dishes made at home by Lucia, simple but excellent and with fresh local ingredients. We enjoyed it very much, recommended!

Nel cuore del Gargano, a pochi chilometri dal mare, in mezzo a splendide colline, Torre Bruno (luogo storico recentemente ristrutturato) si staglia tra gli ulivi e ti mette in pace con il mondo. L'accoglienza perfetta di Lucia, che è anche un'ottima cuoca, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa: gli ospiti sono coccolati, dall'ottimo cibo pugliese (olio incluso, di produzione della famiglia), a camere nuove e pulitissime, oltre a un giardino delizioso e in un'atmosfera sempre familiare e positiva. I due bravissimi cani del luogo (maschio e femmina) sono amichevoli e giocherelloni (se portate un cane ricordate di avvisare e, se necessario, la famiglia si preoccuperà eventualmente di tenere separati i loro), come anche i micetti rossi, coccolosissimi ma grandi cacciatori! La strada per arrivare è sterrata ma tenuta benissimo, non c'è particolare pendenza e si percorre agevolmente con qualsiasi tipo di mezzo. Torre Bruno è la prova che una famiglia coesa, pur con grandi sacrifici, riesce a fare miracoli! Sia per gli splendidi ulivi curati da Emilio, sia per la bravura (anche in cucina!) di mamma Lucia, sia per come si presenta online l'agriturismo: troverete esattamente quanto vedete sui social. Una nota importante per chi si aspetta servizi da Spa o da Grand hotel: questo è un VERO agriturismo! What a wonderful place. In the heart of the Gargano, a few kilometers from the sea, in the midst of beautiful hills, Torre Bruno (a recently renovated historic place) stands out among the olive trees and puts you at peace with the world. The perfect welcome from Lucia, who is also an excellent cook, made us feel immediately at home: guests are pampered, from the excellent Apulian food (including oil, produced by the family), to new and spotless rooms, as well as to a delightful garden and in an atmosphere that is always familiar and positive. The two excellent local dogs (male and female) are friendly and playful (if you bring a dog remember to warn and, if necessary, the family will eventually take care to keep theirs separate), as well as the red kittens, very cuddly but great hunters. ! The road to get there is unpaved but very well maintained, there is no particular slope and can be traveled easily with any type of vehicle. Torre Bruno is proof that a cohesive family, even with great sacrifices, can work miracles! Both for the splendid olive trees cared for by Emilio, and for the skill (even in the kitchen!) Of Mamma Lucia, and for how the farm is presented online: you will find exactly what you see on social media. An important note for those who expect services from Spa or Grand hotel: this is a REAL farmhouse!

The newly restored rooms are spacious and elegant with an ambiance of a different era. The hosts, a truly Italian family, that makes you feel welcome and truly at home. I can warmly recommend their home-cooked meals. The pasta was made as we watched and the kids participated. :) Excellent wine and reasonable prices. Definitely not our last time there.

When you take a walk to the top of the hill you can enjoy a beautiful scenery of the green surroundings and lake Varano.The farmhouse itself has been renovated with great taste . Rooms are spacious and simply beautiful. The host , la signora Lucia is a best cook : we have enjoyed every single one of her home made meals… a culinary experience. And not to forget , their own olive oil is of very high quality and taste as well . Highly recommended for own use at home and for beautiful presents in its nice bottles and cans. We are going to be back as soon as we go back to the Gargano. After few days there you feel rested and full of energy.
