Succo di frutta servito in bicchieri di plastica e moka senza manico. Non lo consiglierei Nice and tidy exterior. Simple rooms. Unfortunately bad smelling of mold. The breakfast was "poor" only two types of cakes with milk and coffee. Fruit juice served in plastic cups and mocha without handle. I wouldn't recommend it

Nota dolente e che ci ha davvero fatto scappare a gambe levate col nervoso è la scortesia e sufficienza con cui siamo stati trattati da quella che penso fosse la proprietaria. Non ha perso occasione per essere invadente, maleducata e per nulla professionale. Se il vostro obiettivo della permanenza è stare costantemente in ansia con una pazza che urla fuori dalla porta contro di vuoi e vi impartisce ordini con l'empatia di un sasso il luogo è consigliatissimo. Se vuoi andare a cavallo sicuramente troverai una scuderia, se vuoi stare in piscina tranquillo troverai la super strada a 20m dalla vasca e il traliccio simil radio Maria. Foto da rifare. Non entrerò nei dettagli ma la padrona di casa è davvero maleducata e scontrosa, il mio consiglio è quello di cambiare mestiere, il contatto con il pubblico non fa per lei. C	Claudio Simeone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto non sarebbe male, la piscina permette di rilassarsi all'aperto e la struttura è ben collegata: pochi metri e ci si trova sulla Flaminia e in poco tempo si arriva ad Assisi, Bevagna, Rasiglia etc... ma se vi capita di prenotare EVITATE ASSOLUTAMENTE le camere in mansarda: sono due matrimoniali separate da un foglio di carta velina e se avete la sfortuna di avere la stanza vicina occupata non riuscirete a dormire: si sente ogni singolo rumore, anche una normale conversazione.... se poi avete dei vicini rumorosi (com'è capitato a me e mia moglie) è impossibile chiudere occhio. Colazione base, ma niente di eccezionale. Proprietari cortesi. Camere molto ben tenute/nuove. Letti molto, molto scomodi (almeno i due matrimoniali capitati a noi), asciugamani che sembravano cartavetrata, set cortesia sufficiente per una persona e mezzo (eravamo 4). La signora che dovrebbe occuparsi dell'accoglienza ci è sembrata molto, ma molto, molto poco accogliente; A volte un semplice buongiorno a colazione significa molto. Molto infastidita non si sa di cosa. DA ULTIMO MA NON DI POCA IMPORTANZA, la mia auto ferma davanti la porta della mia camera, noi tutti dentro che finivamo di chiudere le borse, entra senza bussare la signora delle pulizie, ci guarda e senza chiedere nemmeno scusa, richiude la porta. CHIEDIAMO LA LINEA WIFI E LA RISPOSTA È STATA: cosa ci fate con internet, rilassatevi. ? STRUTTURA E/O PERSONALE NON ABITUATO AI BAMBINI ASSOLUTAMENTE. .... Pur avendo avuto gravi problemi per un incidente di un parente, siamo riusciti a non disdire tutte le camere che in principio erano 3 e ne abbiamo prese 2 ugualmente, considerando anche il periodo festivo e per non creare problemi alla struttura. Prenotando telefonicamente si trova una signora molto gentile e cortese ma tutto ciò svanisce una volta sul posto. I gestori scortesi e indisponenti. Non pronti all'accoglienza e gentilezza....e sopratutto non abituati ai bambini. La prima struttura in Umbria con un esagerata scortesia. Consiglio alla signora di sorridere un po'....
