★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza fatta con thefork e abbiamo pagato la metà del prezzo del listino, altrimenti prezzi un po' alti. Menù sia di carne che di pesce, ma in minore quantità. Tartare di manzo buona ma da migliorare poiché personalmente non amo che l'uovo caldo sopra la tartare abbia cotto un po' di carne sottostante. Tartare di salmone buona e molto particolare (per me il piatto migliore della nostra cena). Gnoccotti buoni, l'unica cosa da migliorare è la pancetta che non era croccante. Il baccalà deve essere migliorato poiché piatto di sapore. I bounty fatti in casa nelle 3 versioni erano un po' troppo asciutto ad eccezione di quello al pistacchio che l'ho trovato ottimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in pieno centro a Foligno, il locale è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e poco distante dai parcheggi di Porta Romana. L'ambiente si presenta curato, moderno e soprattutto grande ottimizzazione degli spazi visto che la zona ristorante è la veranda esterna chiusa. C'è da sottolineare comunque che è ben riscaldata e siamo stati benissimo. Per quanto riguarda il pasto, abbiamo preso come antipasto il "Percorso Umami", un grande tagliere con salumi formaggi accompagnato da una stracciata al tartufo e da una seconda portata. Come primo ho preso uno spaghettone in salsa carbonara, per dolce torta al cioccolato e al cocco/pere. Tutti i piatti erano buonissimi e mi sono piaciuti molto. Si vede l'ottima preparazione e l'impegno messo. Buono il servizio e anche i prezzi sono abbastanza proporzionati . Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio al 100%.
 Located in the center of Foligno, the restaurant is easily reachable on foot and not far from the Porta Romana car parks. The environment is refined, modern and above all great optimization of space since the restaurant area is the closed external veranda. It should be noted however that it is well heated and we had a great time. As for the meal, we took the "Umami Path" as an appetizer, a large platter with cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a truffle stracciata and a second course. As a first course I took a spaghettone in carbonara sauce, for a sweet chocolate and coconut / pear cake. All the dishes were very good and I enjoyed them very much. You can see the excellent preparation and the commitment put into it. The service is good and the prices are also quite proportionate. I will definitely be back and recommend it 100%.
