★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello, silenzioso e rilassante. I letti comodi, colazione ottima tutti i giorni torte diverse fatte in casa. I proprietari gentilissimi. Posizione perfetta anche per visitare la Tuscia, la Maremma e l'Umbria.
 Beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds, great breakfast everyday different homemade cakes. The very kind owners. Perfect location also for visiting Tuscia, Maremma and Umbria.

La colazione a differenza di altri agriturismi è abbondante, varia e buona. Le torte e crostate preparate dalla Signora sono buonissime. Lo consigliamo a tutti. Franco e Erina
The structure is very nice, surrounded by greenery and with a magnificent view. Mr. Antonio and Signora are truly two exquisite people. The breakfast unlike other farmhouses is plentiful, varied and good. The cakes and pies prepared by the Lady are very good. We recommend it to everyone. Franco and Erina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we called Francesco in the morning and he was able to reserve a room the same day for us. the place is run by his parents and his wife helps out as well sometimes. we had a newly equipped room in the back of the house, which is located outside of the village and inside a very cosey farm. there are many Olive trees and freshly harvested figs are served in the morning for breakfast. the rest of the breakfast is also very sweet, made of cake and a croissant. they always offer another coffee and try to help as much as they can given their very limited English. but with a mixture of Italian, French or Spanish you can get along. also ask for their recommendation of restaurants, they were good and you get a discount

NO WiFi provided in this Guesthouse.
Bedroom and bathroom was clean.
Provided with towels, liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper.
Multi Channel TV.
Breakfast is not handmade, all is from Coop Supermarket.
Quiet hotel but located very far from the city.
