Il posto è da favola, la vista da perdere il fiato e il proprietario una persona con cui perderci le ore a parlare. Punto a favore anche la piscina. Possibilità di scegliere tra appartamento con cucina e camera (tipo albergo) con possibilità di colazione, con anche uso della piscina. Assolutamente da non perdere. Already the third time we return to this farm. The place is fabulous, the view is breathtaking and the owner is a person to spend hours talking to. I also favor the swimming pool. Possibility to choose between apartment with kitchen and bedroom (hotel type) with the possibility of breakfast, also with use of the swimming pool. Absolutely not to be missed.

Scelta tra camere con piccolo giardino ed appartamenti con corte esterna e parcheggio privato. Le camere ben rifinite (soffitto in legno a vista, mobilio in legno ), pulitissime . Location fantastica (molta cura nei dettagli : vialetto in ghiaia, parcheggi sotto gli alberi , vialetti x camere ed appartamenti con fiori e siepe ben curate ). Mancano i servizi (c'è solo la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina, condizionatore e riscaldamento a pagamento ) e il servizio ristorazione è carente (ad esempio la colazione da arricchire e pranzo e cena menù fisso senza alcuna variante) . Il propietario Ippolito è gentile e alla mano ma occorre attenersi alle sue regole (nulla da obiettare però in qualche situazione dovrebbe essere più elastico ). Nel complesso un ottima struttura (consigliato per il solo pernotto ) Farmhouse immersed in the Capodimonte countryside just a few minutes from the lake. Choice between rooms with small garden and apartments with external courtyard and private parking. The well-finished rooms (exposed wooden ceiling, wooden furniture), spotless. Fantastic location (great attention to detail: gravel driveway, parking under the trees, paths for rooms and apartments with well-kept flowers and hedges). There are no services (there is only the possibility of using the swimming pool, air conditioning and heating for a fee) and the restaurant service is lacking (for example the breakfast to be enriched and lunch and dinner fixed menu without any variation). The owner Ippolito is kind and easy going but you have to stick to his rules (nothing to object but in some situations it should be more flexible). Overall an excellent structure (recommended for overnight stay only)

Il proprietario Ippolito è simpaticissimo e sempre disponibile Wonderful place completely surrounded by nature .. The view of the lake from both the villa and the swimming pool is priceless. Posto incantevole, location curata (c'è anche una piscina con vista mozzafiato sulla vallata), cibo ottimo. Il padrone di casa, Ippolito, è una forza della natura e rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Qualche piccolo accorgimento da fare ma le cinque stelle sono tutte meritate. Consigliato! Le Ginestre farmhouse in Capodimonte, in the Viterbo area, is a real oasis of peace. Enchanting place, well-kept location (there is also a swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the valley), excellent food. The host, Ippolito, is a force of nature and makes your stay even more pleasant. A few small tricks to do but the five stars are all deserved. Advised!
A	Angela Odasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura meravigliosa con vista Lago di Bolsena spettacolare dove rilassarsi e staccare la spina dalla quotidianità. Nulla è lasciato al caso ma tutto molto curato ed accogliente, nel massimo rispetto della normativa covid. Le camere confortevoli, pulite e letti adeguati al riposo. Cucina semplice con piatti della cultura contadina. Che dire purtroppo la vacanza è finita, chissà che non si torni presto? Wonderful structure with spectacular Lake Bolsena views where you can relax and disconnect from everyday life. Nothing is left to chance but everything is very nice and welcoming, with the utmost respect for covid regulations. Comfortable, clean rooms and adequate beds for rest. Simple cuisine with dishes from the peasant culture. What can I say, unfortunately, the holiday is over, who knows if you won't be back soon?

Ippolito è un proprietario di casa super ma ancor di più, un ottima guida turistica che ci ha aiutato nella nostra scoperta della provincia di Viterbo. La vicinanza poi al lungolago di Capodimonte dove c è una zona balneare comodissima ha quasi eclissato l uso della bella piscina presente in agriturismo. Io consiglio questa struttura!! My family and I spent a week in one of the 60sqm houses of this farmhouse. The location is very beautiful. Ippolito is a super homeowner but even more so, a great tour guide who helped us in our discovery of the province of Viterbo. The proximity to the Capodimonte lakefront where there is a very comfortable bathing area has almost eclipsed the use of the beautiful swimming pool on the farm. I recommend this facility !!
K	Keyla Damaer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trovato questo agriturismo per caso, cercando un posto tranquillo dove trascorrere alcuni giorni per riposare in pace. Ed in pace siamo stati. Le ginestre si trova in una fantastica posizione rialzata sul lago di Bolsena. Isolata da tutto, dista circa 1 km dal centro di Capodimonte. Da qui si possono fare escursioni in tutta la zona limitrofa, vedendo posti meravigliosi, oziare nella piscina dell'agriturismo, o rinfrescarsi nelle acqua del lago. Vicinissimo all'agriturismo si trovano spiagge attrezzate, ma anche spiagge libere dove gli alberi garantiscono ombra per chi ne avesse bisogno. La camera, Iris, era grande a sufficienza ed accogliente, con ingresso privato e bagno, il cibo semplice ed abbondante. I proprietari Margherita ed Ippolito, sono due persone splendide. Quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la macchina, Ippolito ci ha aiutato a trovare un elettrauto, e l'ultimo giorno ci ha portati a mangiare carne buonissima a Montefiascone. Insomma, abbiamo fatto una vacanza da sogno. L'unica pecca, il materasso. Era veramente scomodo. Se volete rilassarvi in un ambiente tranquillo, amichevole, gioviale, questo posto fa per voi. We found this farm by chance, looking for a quiet place to spend a few days to rest in peace. And we were in peace. Le ginestre is located in a fantastic raised position on Lake Bolsena. Isolated from everything, it is about 1 km from the center of Capodimonte. From here you can make excursions throughout the neighboring area, seeing wonderful places, laze in the swimming pool of the farmhouse, or cool off in the lake water. Very close to the farm there are equipped beaches, but also free beaches where the trees provide shade for those who need it. The room, Iris, was large enough and welcoming, with a private entrance and bathroom, the food simple and plentiful. The owners Margherita and Ippolito are two wonderful people. When we had problems with the car, Ippolito helped us find an electrician, and on the last day he took us to eat very good meat in Montefiascone. In short, we had a dream vacation. The only flaw, the mattress. It was really uncomfortable. If you want to relax in a quiet, friendly, jovial environment, this place is for you.
