Il posto veramente bellissimo e in continua evoluzione per quello che ci ha raccontato Francesco, uno dei camerieri davvero troppo gentile e fiero del posto in cui lavora! Tutto talmente buono e originale nelle portate che sfacciatamente abbiamo dovuto chiedere il bis di diverse pietanze!! Ci torneremo per la spa e quando il tempo permetterà per la piscina! We those of the Bis !! A couple of friends had told us about the place and together with them we decide to spend today's Sunday lunch on the farm. The truly beautiful and constantly evolving place for what Francesco told us, one of the waiters really too kind and proud of the place where he works! All so good and original in the courses that we brazenly had to ask for an encore of different dishes !! We will be back for the spa and when the weather permits for the pool!

Il menu fisso comprendeva diversi antipasti, primi e secondi, dolci, così come una bottiglia di vino - il tutto per un prezzo molto conveniente. I prodotti erano quasi tutti di produzione propria, combinazioni molto gustose e ben studiate - un'esperienza fuori dal classico agriturismo. Il servizio era molto professionale, attento e cortese. Posizione molto suggestiva nella campagna collinare - solo la strada per arrivarci è un po' dissestata. Interni e decorazioni calde ed eleganti. Se mai di nuovo nella zona, torneremo sicuramente e prenderemo in considerazione anche un pernottamento. Beautiful experience, which exceeded our expectations. We came here for a Sunday lunch. The set menu included several starters, first and second courses, desserts, as well as a bottle of wine - all for a very affordable price. The products were almost all of their own production, very tasty and well thought out combinations - an experience outside the classic farmhouse. The service was very professional, attentive and courteous. Very impressive location in the hilly countryside - only the road to get there is a bit bumpy. Warm and elegant interior and decoration. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return and consider an overnight stay as well.

Stefano. Accoglienza dei proprietari e di tutto lo staff molto professionale e allo stesso tempo familiare!! Location intima, calda, rustica... tutto ciò che serve per regalare alla mente e al corpo un sano equilibrio con la natura e staccare dallo stress cittadino. Perla della struttura è la spa, posizionata in un punto strategico, ottima per godere del relax mentre osservi la natura dalle splendide vetrate, come fossero quadri. Infine, ultima non importanza, é l'eccellenza della cucina! Fuori dagli schemi del "classico agriturismo" perché, non solo la maggior parte dei prodotti è di produzione propria e di ottima qualità ma anche perché in ogni piatto puoi godere della passione e della cura messa dalle mani dello chef, un'esplosione di odori e sapori portata dopo portata. Camere confortevoli e pulite, unica nota da migliorare è il confort dei materassi e dei guanciali. Esperienza da ripetere nella stagione primaverile/estiva. Beautiful experience! The reality has exceeded the expectations read in the reviews. We spent Christmas day, an overnight stay and a St. Stephen's lunch. Welcome from the owners and all the very professional and at the same time familiar staff !! Intimate, warm, rustic location ... everything you need to give your mind and body a healthy balance with nature and disconnect from city stress. The pearl of the structure is the spa, located in a strategic point, excellent for enjoying relaxation while observing nature from the splendid windows, as if they were paintings. Finally, last but not least, is the excellence of the cuisine! Outside the box of the "classic farmhouse" because, not only most of the products are of own production and of excellent quality but also because in each dish you can enjoy the passion and care put by the chef's hands, an explosion of smells and flavors course after course. Comfortable and clean rooms, the only note to improve is the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. Experience to be repeated in the spring / summer season.

Il piatto di carne era piuttosto ridotto... Appena sufficiente x quattro persone. Ma questo capita in moltissimi locali che offrono il pranzo completo a cifra fissa...... personale cortese e posto tranquillo immerso nella natura. Fattoria in appoggio al ristorante con prodotti caseari freschi e a buon prezzo I ate well. Genuine and local food. The only note concerns the meat ....... as opposed to the first courses and appetizers which were quite abundant. The meat dish was quite small ... Just enough for four people. But this happens in many places that offer a full lunch for a fixed amount ... courteous staff and quiet place surrounded by nature. Farm in support of the restaurant with fresh dairy products at a good price

Abbiamo consumato cena, colazione e pranzo del giorno successivo. Il cibo, dal pane alle cremine, all'accostamento dei sapori è tutto lodevole. I prodotti sono per lo più a chilometro zero ed il menù è studiato solo seguendo gli alimenti di stagione. Lo staff è preparato, disponibile. Ciro, il fratello con il padre e ancora il capo sala Francesco meritano di continuare la loro attività diffondendo il buon cibo e la buona e sana accoglienza siciliana. Ritorneremo con piacere! We arrived for a relaxing family weekend. We have found a welcoming, intact, true, genuine place. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch the next day. The food, from bread to cream, to the combination of flavors is all commendable. The products are mostly zero-kilometer and the menu is designed only following seasonal foods. The staff is prepared, available. Ciro, his brother with his father and again the room manager Francesco deserve to continue their business by spreading good food and a good and healthy Sicilian welcome. We will return with pleasure!

It also has almost no plugs but its better in that way because of the surrounding nature and finally there is also a fireplace which keeps you warm while eating dinner.

Multi-course dinner was almost too much, but most of it great quality and locally grown. Basic italian breakfast wirh great croissants. I liked the room very much, though small and cosy and rather basic. Very authentic experience. Pool and spa during main season. Very relaxing location for exploring palermo. Thank you for a great stay. Prices very reasonable, great value!
