Si è sempre mostrato disponibile e ci ha sempre rispettati. Ora si è trasferito nella zona industriale inaugurando un sito con tecnologia all'avanguardia, ma conservando quella sapiente competenza e gentilezza che continua a essere il suo carattere distintivo e che ci porta sempre lì da lui ogni anno, o almeno tutte gli anni che Dio ci da la grazia del raccolto
