Rovinato aimé da un servizio scadente, cibo arrivato freddo tra l'altro senza posate, carne cruda, torta cruda, amaro e caffè mai arrivati, disorganizzazione e lentezza, scortesia nel momento in cui abbiamo fatto notare la negligenza. Davvero un peccato perché ha una vista mozzafiato su Castel del Monte, un potenziale altissimo dove passare semplicemente una domenica diversa tra gli animali e la natura. L'abbiamo scelta perché molto vicina a Castel del Monte (visibile dalla masseria in lontananza) e perché segnalata dall'associazione italiana celiachia in quanto sia io che uno dei miei due figli siamo celiaci. Siamo stati accolti in modo molto ospitale e nonostante non avessimo prenotato ci hanno preparato un'ottima cena con prodotti del loro agriturismo. Abbiamo quindi deciso di fermarci a pranzo il giorno seguente e ci hanno deliziato con un menù tipico pugliese fatto in casa (anche gluten free). Location eccellente, molto suggestiva soprattutto la sera. Giò di Monza Great experience !!! I stayed with my family in a camper for one night in this beautiful farm nestled in the Apulian countryside. We chose it because it is very close to Castel del Monte (visible from the farm in the distance) and because it was reported by the Italian celiac association as both I and one of my two children are celiac. We were welcomed in a very hospitable way and despite not having booked they prepared us an excellent dinner with products from their farm. We therefore decided to stop for lunch the following day and they delighted us with a typical Apulian homemade menu (also gluten free). Excellent location, very impressive especially in the evening. Per 2 persone: antipasti meglio non descriverli. primi timballo di tagliatelle congelate ? orecchiette con le rape (unico piatto buono). secondo di carne suola di scarpe, salsiccia. abbiamo iniziato a mangiare alle 13.30 ed erano le 16.45 e dovevamo mangiare ancora frutta,dolce e caffè. abbiamo preferito andar via. al costo di € 80,00. consiglio al proprietario di investire sulla qualità,però visto che è abbastanza fortunato data la presenza della clientela di sicuro pensa che non ce ne sia bisogno. we have been to this place years ago and were disappointed with the food.we returned after several years and it got worse with the presumption also of the price. For 2 people: appetizers better not to describe them. first timbale of frozen tagliatelle ? orecchiette with turnips (the only good dish). second course of meat sole of shoes, sausage. we started eating at 1.30pm and it was 4.45pm and we still had to eat fruit, cake and coffee. we preferred to leave. at a cost of € 80.00. I advise the owner to invest in quality, but since he is lucky enough given the presence of customers, he certainly thinks there is no need.

Appena giunti per concordare, con largo anticipo la festa, veniamo praticamente abbracciati dalla cortesia e disponibilità della Signora Raffaella vera padrona di casa, la quale dopo averci fatto accomodare ci apparecchia la tavola con pasticcini, caffè, acqua e liquori fatti da loro, senza sapere se avremmo poi confermato la volontà di festeggiare da loro. Tutto questo a sottolineare la grande passione ma anche la professionalità e il rispetto x il cliente che ha o avrà il pregio di poter disporre di quello che poi in buona sostanza si traduce in qualità nella preparazione e gusto del cibo da essi preparato. Dalla cucina alla sala tutto funziona al meglio sotto la supervisione rassicurante della Signora Raffaella. Per tirare avanti i "Sei Carri" di questa masseria ci vogliono cavalli buoni, qui oltre ad esserlo sono anche di razza. Da ritornarci sicuramente, tutti promossi. Grazie ancora per aver onorato, con il vostro impegno e spirito di abnegazione, la nostra festa. IL posto è gestito in maniera maniacale dalla bella e simpatica Raffaella... Da elogiare anche l'arte culinaria , lo consiglio per qualsiasi evento , festivo o per rincorrenze varie , anche perché il costo è alla portata di tutti ..... Era una domenica mattina di marzo e ci siamo recati in questo posto stupendo con vista Castel del Monte e siamo stati accolti dalla Signora Raffaella, cortese e disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e che ha messo a nostra disposizione tutta la sua professionalità per farci trascorrere una giornata indimenticabile. Il giorno della festa era tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, non solo dal punto di vista estetico, ma anche e soprattutto dal menu ricercato e di ottima qualità, il tutto condito da un grande senso di rispetto del cliente. Dalla cucina alla sala tutto ha funzionato perfettamente, ovviamente con la supervisione della Signora Raffaella. E non è da tralasciare l'animazione per i più piccoli che ha reso tutto molto più gioioso. Da ritornarci sicuramente, tutti promossi. Grazie ancora a tutti per aver onorato la nostra festa. We met this farm when we were looking for a unique place to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday. It was a Sunday morning in March and we went to this wonderful place with a view of Castel del Monte and we were greeted by Mrs. Raffaella, courteous and helpful, who made us feel immediately at ease and who made all her available to us. professionalism to make us spend an unforgettable day. On the day of the party everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, not only from an aesthetic point of view, but also and above all from the refined and excellent quality menu, all seasoned with a great sense of respect for the customer.
