β β β β β Dopo vari tentativi abbiamo trovato posto per un sabato a pranzo e ammetto che le aspettative erano abbastanza alte....che dire tutte egregiamente soddisfatte... Piatti preparati con ingredienti di stagione, di qualitΓ e freschi, abbinati ad una tecnica che rende particolari dei piatti semplici.
Ottimo il servizio e favolosa la location.
Prezzi onestissimi vista la la qualitΓ e il servizio.

 After several attempts we found a place for a Saturday for lunch and I admit that the expectations were quite high .... what about all very well satisfied ... Dishes prepared with seasonal, quality and fresh ingredients, combined with a technique that makes it special of simple dishes.
Excellent service and fabulous location.
Very honest prices given the quality and service.
Absolutely to return.

β β β β β Siamo venuti in due per pranzo. L'ambiente Γ¨ semplice ed elegante, il luogo in cui Γ¨ situato ti riconcilia con il mondo, il personale estremamente cortese e professionale. I piatti sono genuini e legati al territorio, con una reinterpretazione originale che stuzzica gli occhi ed il palato. Il conto Γ¨ conforme alla qualitΓ dei piatti. In ultimo, cosa importante, si presta attenzione alle norme anti-covid. Veramente una bella sorpresa.
Two of us came for lunch. The environment is simple and elegant, the place where it is located reconciles you with the world, the extremely courteous and professional staff. The dishes are genuine and linked to the territory, with an original reinterpretation that teases the eyes and the palate. The bill conforms to the quality of the dishes. Last but not least, attention is paid to the anti-covid rules. A really nice surprise.

β β β β β We stopped here to have a lunch while travelling to Castel del Monte. The menu was very short, we took two pastas which were delicious and made from local, seasonal ingredients. The staff was very friendly and even though I speak Italian only a bit, we've had a very nice chat :) I will definitely come back here when travelling through Puglia again.

β β β β β We stopped here for a drink on our way to Castel del Monte. While they werenβt open, they welcomed us. We had sparkling white wine with an aperitivo (fruit platter and other food items). The views are stunning from the patio. Highly recommended!
