P	Paola Nardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si trova precisamente su una strada di grande percorrenza ma vuoi mettere l'essere immersi nella natura, con un panorama bellissimo, ospitati in in casale molto ben curato ,piscina, possibilità di arrivare col Camper e tanto altro...venite a provare... It is not precisely located on a long-distance road but you want to be immersed in nature, with a beautiful landscape, hosted in a very well-kept farmhouse, swimming pool, possibility of arriving with the Camper and much more ... come and try. ..
M	Matteo Mazzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco adatto ai camperisti. Un piazzale assolato, per 7/8 camper, con solo 3 prese di corrente, poco illuminato e con erba alta. Un solo bagno per tutti abbastanza vetusto. Manca un secchiaio per lavare i piatti. Non c'è camper service. Vi fanno scaricare le nere nel wc del bagno e le grige nei tombini delle acque meteoriche. Però il prezzo è basso e hanno una bella piscina. Consiglio per la proprietà : investite qualche soldino per migliorare i servizi ai camperista e vedrete che avrete un immediato ritorno economico, perché il posto ha grandi potenzialità. Not suitable for campers. A sunny square, for 7/8 campers, with only 3 sockets, poorly lit and with tall grass. Only one bathroom for all quite old. Missing a bucket for washing dishes. There is no camper service. They make you unload the black ones in the toilet of the bathroom and the gray ones in the rainwater drains. But the price is low and they have a nice swimming pool. Property tip: invest a few bucks to improve motorhome services and you will see that you will have an immediate economic return, because the place has great potential.

Il personale accogliente e professionale ci ha fatti sentire proprio come a casa. La cena è stata incredibile da leccarsi i baffi, i prodotti freschissimi e tutto a Km0. Da ritornare sicuramente!!! Consigliatissimo! Charming property with a beautiful swimming pool, ideal for those looking for a little relaxation and tranquility. The welcoming and professional staff made us feel right at home. The dinner was incredible mouth-watering, the freshest products and everything at Km0. Definitely to return !!! Highly recommended!

Colazione ottima, ricca di prodotti preparati direttamente dai proprietari dell'agriturismo. Cena buona e abbondante. Prezzi onesti Farmhouse immersed in the green hills of Abruzzo, small rooms but with everything you need for a short stay. Excellent breakfast, full of products prepared directly by the owners of the farm. Good and plentiful dinner. Honest prices

La camera era pulita, arredata in modo carino e dotata di tutti i servizi indicati al momento della prenotazione; il letto era comodo anche se si trattava di due materassi singoli uniti invece che di un matrimoniale, la stanza era dotata di aria condizionata e il bagno era in ottime condizioni. La struttura è immersa nel verde in un paesaggio bellissimo, gli spazi all'aperto sono davvero carini e ben tenuti, inclusa una piscina. Non abbiamo usufruito né della colazione né del ristorante quindi non posso valutarli. La proprietaria Mirella è una persona davvero gentile ed è stata disponibile per le nostre richieste (incluso il check-in la sera abbastanza tardi). Nel complesso si tratta di un ottimo agriturismo, comodo anche per chi vuole visitare Pescara (in auto ci abbiamo messo circa 30 minuti per arrivare) I stayed in this farmhouse with my boyfriend for two nights and we were really satisfied. The room was clean, nicely furnished and equipped with all the facilities indicated at the time of booking; the bed was comfortable even though it was two single mattresses pushed together instead of a double, the room was air conditioned and the bathroom was in very good condition. The structure is surrounded by greenery in a beautiful landscape, the outdoor spaces are really nice and well kept, including a swimming pool. We didn't use either the breakfast or the restaurant so I can't rate them. The owner Mirella is a really nice person and was available for our requests (including check-in quite late in the evening). Overall this is an excellent farm, also convenient for those who want to visit Pescara (by car it took us about 30 minutes to get there)

M	Michael Lund Pedersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there with my family for a week. We expected a quiet place, but as the owners open the pool for the public it is so crowded during the day. We gave up using the pool as our two kids (9 and 10 years old) didn't feel comfortable there. Full of young people (locals who only come to use the pool), who did not take note of smaller kids and basically behaved as they were the only ones there. In the evening and late night the owners often had visitors, who talked loudly outside after midnight, making it hard to sleep. As there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, sleeping with open windows is s necessity and we were waken up several times by the owners guests talking loudly. The food at the restaurant is ok, however you must tell them in the morning if you want to eat there in the evening. This makes it difficult to have "unplanned" days. Please also note that the food at the restaurant is pretty pricey and the price/quality level is below what you should expect in Italy. The owners are friendly people, however they advertise the place as a quiet and family friendly place, which it isn't. There are so many other and nicer places to choose from, so we will not be coming back.
