★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to enjoy the rural mountain area of sicily this is your place. Amazing sunset great, fresh food and a helpful host, who speaks german and English. There is even a little pool to refresh yourself in summer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling from Ortigia to Palermo, stopped for lunch, was not disappointed. Great food, we had antipasti and pasta, all made by the owner – easily one of the best meals we had in Sicily. Wish we could have stayed longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful 13th century vineyard turned into a Hotel and restaurant. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the food is the freshest we have tasted in Sicily, with many ingrediens grown on the farm. The host speaks good English

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesomeplace, an antique farm house with a beautiful view on the valley an the near Polizzi Generosa. The host are lovely and the food was unique. Fresh autoproduced veg an fruit are the key for a wonderful culinary experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful stay at Donna Lavia, we loved it!! We ate dinner there as well, which was delicious. The owner was more than lovely and we could really relax and enjoy both the nature around and the place itself. We will definitely come back :) Johannes and Maya
