c	carlos sireci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location,fra moderno e antico carino Servizio, tantissimo da migliorare dal servizio a tavolo a la attesa del cibo Cibo, dopo una attesa di 40 minuti la carne era fredda e la quaglia troppo cotta diventando dura e immangiabile, il posto a del potenziale ma deve lavorare sul servizio e la cucina, niente da eccepire dalle pizze buone e gustose. Inoltre il luogo dove lo stesso è ubicato permette ai visitatori di trovare un ambiente accogliente tipico dei piccoli paesi madoniti con poca confusione e con la possibilità di parcheggiare a due passi dal ristorante. Il locale è splendido, il servizio è gestito con cura e si possono gustare diverse portate che variano dalla carne alla pizza, consiglio di iniziare con uno degli ottimi antipasti della casa dove potrete gustare appieno il sapore dei prodotti locali quali salumi e formaggi o ancora le crocchè fatte a mano dallo chef o la caponata anch'essa fatta completamente a mano dallo chef. Cura nella presentazione dei piatti e ampia scelta data al cliente Sono andato spesso a mangiare in questo locale e ovviamente spero di tornarci il prima possibile. Locale rustico molto accogliente, il propietario, Daniele ci ha servito e guidato nei diversi piatti tipici. Un Tour gastronomico eccezionale, vi consiglio di andare in questo ristorante assolutamente. Ogni pietanza è stata di assoluta qualità, la vera chicca del menù è la Quaglia alla brace un piatto da provare. Ritorneremo sicuramente e anche spesso, la gentilezza dei proprietari e di Daniele sono un esempio, così come i piatti, genuini, semplici e genuini, veri gusti mariti.
