★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza sensoriale unica, lo chef sa consigliare ogni settimana qualche piatto diverso facendo dei veri e propri piatti da artista, sia da vedere che da mangiare! Si respira freschezza e tanta voglia di sperimentare. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo per due giorni di fila, pesce freschissimo.
Consiglio anche gli aperitivi, ottimi.
A unique sensory experience, the chef knows how to recommend some different dishes every week making real artist's dishes, both to see and to eat! You breathe freshness and a great desire to experiment. We ate very well for two days in a row, very fresh fish.
I also recommend the aperitifs, excellent.

The Baroon Bistrot is the icing on the cake of the small town of Polizzi. Taking a nice walk through the streets of the center where time seems to have stopped and then warming up at the Baroon is a winning combination. The atmosphere is great and the food is heavenly. The Chef has perfectly managed to find the right balance between tradition and innovation. Approved, 10 praise!

On a Sunday walk we came to Polizzi Generosa by chance and by chance we saw this place, entered we were welcomed and pampered for the whole time of lunch with advice and quality food.

Located in the lovely town of Polizzi, it is our warmest recommendation to anyone seeking a special dinner (or lunch).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veeery tasty food, super service and great wine. You have the best of all worlds with combinations of sweet and salty, soft and crunchy. High-end food in a small mountain village with traditional and modern influences. Definitely an experience I would recommend. My favorite was the fried calamari and the wine from Etna.
