★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto fantastico, proprietari fantastici. Ambiente familiare. Appartamenti molto belli e pulitissimi. La fattoria è perfetta per i bambini, possono vedere ed interagire con cavalli, pony, coniglietti, caprette, pecore, maialini, galline. La posizione è strategica per visitare l'Umbria e Perugia. La piscina quasi ultimata (manca pochissimo) rende perfetta la location anche nelle stagioni calde. Consigliatissimo +++++
 Great place, great owners. Family atmosphere. Very nice and spotless apartments. The farm is perfect for children, they can see and interact with horses, ponies, bunnies, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens. The location is strategic for visiting Umbria and Perugia. The almost completed swimming pool (very little missing) makes the location perfect even in the warm seasons. Highly recommended +++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto rustico con tanti animaletti simpatici. Trovato su booking con "colazione compresa", poi peró abbiamo prenotato direttamente spendendo purtroppo di piú. La colazione é "fai da te in camera" e non corrisponde a quello que speravamo. Buone le torte di Mariangela, anche se per la 3a colazione non é arrivata.
Rustic place with lots of cute little animals. Found on booking with "breakfast included", but then we booked directly, unfortunately spending more. The breakfast is "do it yourself in the room" and does not correspond to what we were hoping for. Mariangela's cakes are good, even if she didn't arrive for the 3rd breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo rimasti un fine settimana. Bellissima posizione immersa nella campagna, rilassante e silenziosa. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento "La piccionaia" dove non mancava nulla. Colazione ricca e dolci buonissimi. Peccato il tempo ventoso che non ci ha permesso di godere a pieno del giardino.
Anche il nostro micio si è potuto godere la vacanza;
Ci ritorneremo!
We stayed a weekend. Beautiful location immersed in the countryside, relaxing and quiet. We stayed in the apartment "The dovecote" where nothing was missing. Rich breakfast and delicious desserts. Too bad the windy weather that didn't allow us to fully enjoy the garden.
Even our cat was able to enjoy the holiday;
We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agriturismo veramente carino, stanza ristrutturata e pulitissima, con tutto l'occorrente per la colazione (abbondante e curata). La signora molto gentile e disponibile: avendo alloggiato per una notte con la nostra bimba di quasi 2 anni, ci ha regalato la mattina dopo una visita guidata alla fattoria didattica. È stata felicissima e per tutti noi è stata proprio una bella esperienza.
Really nice farmhouse, renovated and spotless room, with everything you need for breakfast (abundant and cared for). The very kind and helpful lady: having stayed for one night with our almost 2 year old daughter, the next morning she gave us a guided tour of the educational farm. She was very happy and for all of us it was a really good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect spot where Antonio the Cockerel rules the roost. The friendliest and most helpful owner, Angela bakes delicious tarts & cakes and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Peaceful, and a short drive to Perugia. We loved it so much we even skipped going out for dinner, cooked our own meal, using eggs from the farm chickens, soaking in the Umbrian sunset.
