Grazie mille per la bella permanenza. The structure is surrounded by greenery and silrnzio only broken by birdsong pleasant rooms good cleaning and satisfying breakfast! Ideale per un gruppo di amici noi abbiamo affittato l’intera struttura. Ogni camera pulita, arredata con gusto, proprietaria disponibile e gentile. Veramente consigliato. Beautiful place, lovely and convenient location 20 minutes from Perugia but immersed in the splendor of the Umbrian countryside. Ideal for a group of friends, we have rented the entire structure. Every room clean, tastefully furnished, helpful and kind owner. Really recommended.

Questo agriturismo gestito in modo davvero eccelso per attenzione, gentilezza, bellezza degli interni, senza considerare lo spettacolo da cui si è circondati, è stato la conclusione ideale della mia vacanza. I had the need to stop one night coming back from Assisi to visit Perugia before returning home; in the province of Lecco. This farm run so really excelled for attention, kindness, beauty of the interior, without considering the show from which you are surrounded, it was the perfect end of my vacation. Abbiamo affittato questa villa per un ritrovo familiare esattamente il mese di marzo per il mese di maggio, quindi ci siamo messi in contatto con la Signora Marina che all'inizio si è presentata molto bene, ma qualche settimana prima dell'evento ci contatta chiedendoci se c'era la possibilità di liberare uno degli appartamenti(che avevamo già pagato) per altri ospiti e noi ovviamente abbiamo risposto di no perché appunto eravamo in famiglia (23 persone). A lei questa cosa non andò bene e ha iniziato a dire cose senza senso?. Da allora non la sentimmo più fino a qualche giorno prima dell'evento, dove ha richiesto la conferma se fossimo andati o meno, specifico: dopo aver pagato già una metà quota. Arriva il grande giorno ? e stranamente sembrava che fosse tutto ok, ma invece la signora ci disse che il salone (dove noi abbiamo scelto appositamente per quello la struttura) era fuori uso perché il pavimento era nuovo e si rovinava?. Beh morale della favola,(ne avrei davvero tante da raccontare) la signora non è stata proprio corretta nei nostri confronti fin dal principio. Peccato per il posto, ma non penso ci torneremo viste le varie situazioni che si sono create,perché gli ospiti vanno per passare una piacevole permanenza. Peccato... I gave 5 stars ONLY for the location ... the structure is surrounded by greenery, well equipped and well furnished. We rented this villa for a family gathering exactly the month of March for the month of May, so we got in touch with Mrs. Marina who at first presented herself very well, but a few weeks before the event she contacts us asking us if there was the possibility of freeing one of the apartments (which we had already paid for) for other guests and we obviously said no because we were in the family (23 people). For her this thing did not go well and she started saying nonsense things?. Since then we didn't hear from her until a few days before the event, where she asked for confirmation if we had gone or not, specifically: after having already paid half the fee. The big day arrives ? and strangely it seemed that everything was ok, but instead the lady told us that the living room (where we have chosen the structure specifically for that) was out of order because the floor was new and was getting damaged?. Well moral of the story, (I would have so many to tell) the lady was not exactly correct towards us from the beginning. Too bad for the place, but I do not think we will return given the various situations that have arisen, because guests go to spend a pleasant stay. Sin...
