m	marcella morgante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata nella fattoria dei comignoli nel lontano 2012 in occasione dell'anniversario di matrimonio, e sono rimasta, anzi, che dico sono , siamo rimasti incantati dal meraviglioso prato verde che la circondava, ottima la colazione , pulita la stanza e l'accoglienza impeccabile con annesso aperitivo di benvenuto in camera. Da allora nn riesco a toglierlo dalla testa ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I was in the chimney farm way back in 2012 on the occasion of the wedding anniversary, and I was, indeed, I say I am, we were enchanted by the wonderful green lawn that surrounded it, excellent breakfast, clean room and impeccable welcome with attached welcome drink in the room. Since then I can't get it out of my head ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Da cornice ad un quadro già perfetto, la particolarità dell'arredamento e la preziosa presenza del signor Lanfranco che vi svelerà tanti segreti di questo magnifico panorama. Wonderful place, surrounded by greenery, a few km from the center of Perugia where you can relax and enjoy excellent and abundant breakfasts with homemade sweets and jams of the extremely available and very kind Roberta. From frame to an already perfect picture, the particularity of the furniture and the precious presence of Mr. Lanfranco that will reveal you many secrets of this magnificent panorama.

m	massimo fusai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo. Ottimo luogo, camera bella con frigo bar ben fornito e acqua gratuita, colazione buonissima con le torte fatte in casa dalla signora. Piscina grande con giardino. Non ci sono ristoranti validi in zona, l'unico presente a 200mt è dozzinale, bisogna andare lontano per cenare. Quiet place. Great place, nice room with fully stocked bar fridge and free water, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes from the lady. Large pool with garden. There are no valid restaurants in the area, the only one present at 200 meters is cheap, you have to go far to dine.

Molto cordiale il proprietario ma davvero "speciale" la sig.ra Roberta che ci allietava tutti i giorni con i suoi muffin a colazione preparati sempre freschi e sempre diversi?. Che dire..... dovrò tornarci!!!! Wonderful !!! you really breathe a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by the tranquility and beauty of this ancient farm. Very friendly the owner but really "special" Mrs. Roberta who cheered us every day with her muffins for breakfast always prepared fresh and always different?. What can I say ..... I'll have to go back there !!!!

Colazione super. A due passi dal paese San Martino al Colle e ben posizionata per scoprire Umbria. I stayed one night but it was enough to appreciate the kindness and hospitality of those who run it. The pool is perfect for afternoon relaxation. Super breakfast. A stone's throw from the village of San Martino al Colle and well positioned to discover Umbria.

Not much choice for breakfast in this period of the year to be an agriturismo. It seems like all extra activities like tours, tasting experiences and walks are only organized in the spring. The outside of the farm is not looked after very well.
