La ciliegina sulla torta: la cucina di Totò. Una sapiente e costante ricerca tra sapori antichi e bizzarri accostamenti: il risultato vi sorprenderà. Quindi cari viaggiatori se cercate Natura, Serenità, Pace e Buona Cucina questo è il posto giusto. An oasis of Peace and Serenity. Angela and Totò two excellent hosts. With their hospitality you feel like "at home". The icing on the cake: Totò's cooking. A wise and constant research between ancient flavors and bizarre combinations: the result will surprise you. So dear travelers if you are looking for Nature, Serenity, Peace and Good Cuisine this is the right place.
L	Lavinia Perotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevamo scelto di alloggiare in questo agriturismo, che ci è stato suggerito dalla struttura che avevamo precedentemente prenotato, improvvisamente chiusa per un grave incendio ambientale . Non avrebbe potuto darci una indicazione migliore! Siamo stati accolti da titolari , Angela e Totò, con calore e una cordialità rari a trovarsi anche nelle migliori strutture. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione, essendo in 3, l'unico, confortevole appartamento della struttura che dispone , altrimenti, di diverse camere doppie. L'appartamento è composto da due camere da letto, cucina attrezzata e un piccolo bagno. La cucina è assicurata dal titolare dell'agriturismo e il servizio dalla sua gentilissima consorte. La cena è stata ricca, molto varia ed ogni portata è stata pienamente di nostro gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che non mangiando uno di noi tre formaggi/ricotte ovine, i piatti che li comprendevano siano stati sollecitamente ( e con soddisfazione) sostituiti. Particolarmente graditi il pane e la pasta di produzione familiare, ricavati dall'ottimo grano di loro produzione Senatore Cappelli. Anche la colazione ci ha stupito per la ricchezza, la varietà e l'esecuzione dei dolci e delle marmellate rigorosamente domestica. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura dove davvero ci si sente a casa anche lontani da casa. We had not chosen to stay in this farmhouse, which was suggested to us by the structure we had previously booked, which was suddenly closed due to a serious environmental fire. He couldn't have given us a better indication! We were welcomed by the owners, Angela and Totò, with warmth and cordiality rare to find even in the best structures. We had at our disposal, being in 3, the only, comfortable apartment of the structure that otherwise has several double rooms. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The kitchen is ensured by the owner of the farm and the service by his very kind wife. The dinner was rich, very varied and each course was fully to our taste. We appreciated the fact that by not eating one of us three cheeses / sheep's ricotta, the dishes that included them were promptly (and with satisfaction) replaced. Particularly welcome are the bread and pasta of family production, made from the excellent wheat produced by Senatore Cappelli. The breakfast also amazed us for the richness, variety and execution of the strictly domestic desserts and jams. We highly recommend this structure where you really feel at home even away from home.

Abbiamo trovato non solo una cucina coi fiocchi(genuina e squisita) , ma anche (e direi soprattutto) persone splendide ad accoglierci come Angela e Totó che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. È stato un pomeriggio ricco di emozioni e star bene, davvero davvero bene. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare ❤️ We decided to take a tour of the Madonie and almost by chance we came across this place that seems to be wonderfully out of this world. We found not only a cuisine with all the trimmings (genuine and exquisite), but also (and I would say above all) wonderful people to welcome us like Angela and Totó who made us feel at home. It was an afternoon full of emotions and feeling good, really really good. We can't wait to return ❤️

Tutto genuino, dalla colazione al pranzo domenicale, e hanno soddisfatto in pieno tutte le nostre richieste. A nome del nostro gruppo vi facciamo ancora i complimenti per l'accoglienza e sicuramente, alla prossima gita dalle vostre parti, vi verremo nuovamente a trovare Farmhouse immersed in the tranquility of the Madonie, the owners, Angela and Totò, make you feel as if you were at home or when you go to visit dear relatives. All genuine, from breakfast to Sunday lunch, and they have fully satisfied all our requests. On behalf of our group we congratulate you again for the welcome and certainly, at the next trip to your part, we will come to visit you again.

I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, in famiglia. Gli ambienti sono molto accoglienti, immersi nella natura e molto vicini da Gangi, borgo davvero carino e curato. Il cibo ottimo, con materie prime da loro prodotte, soprattutto il grano. Che bontà! ? Il pane, la pizza, la colazione eccezionale e che dire del pranzo domenicale. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e pagato davvero il giusto se non addirittura poco per la proposta offerta. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati ed è stato davvero un piacere condividere questa splendida giornata con Angela e Totò. Torneremo sicuramente e certamente lo consiglieremo agli amici. Grazie di tutto ❤️ My partner and I arrived on Saturday evening and left on Sunday afternoon. Everything was great! The owners were extremely nice and helpful. We felt at home, in the family. The rooms are very welcoming, surrounded by nature and very close to Gangi, a really nice and well-kept village. Excellent food, with raw materials they produce, especially wheat. How tasty! ? Bread, pizza, exceptional breakfast and what about Sunday lunch. We ate very well and paid the right if not very little for the proposal offered. We felt pampered and it was really a pleasure to share this wonderful day with Angela and Totò. We will definitely be back and will certainly recommend it to friends. Thanks for everything ❤️
