Siamo arrivati mezz'ora prima dell'orario di chiusura per acquistare un pezzo fondamentale per la stufa a pellet, ci hanno messo alla porta perché avevano "già chiuso la cassa", pur dichiarando candidamente che I'oggetto lo avevano disponibile. Ci hanno lasciati al freddo con assoluta indifferenza.
E il pezzo di ricambio non era un oggetto da pochi spiccioli ma da alcune centinaia di euro ... si vede che soldi ne hanno già guadagnati troppi!
Personalmente li ho cancellati dall'elenco dei negozi di cui mi fornirò in futuro: pessimi!
Professionalism and education equal to zero.
We arrived half an hour before closing time to buy a fundamental piece for the pellet stove, they threw us at the door because they had "already closed the cashier", while candidly declaring that the object was available. They left us in the cold with absolute indifference.
And the spare part was not a cheap item but a few hundred euros ... you can see that they have already earned too much money!
Personally I have deleted them from the list of shops that I will supply in the future: bad!
