Cucina di tradizione con materie prime di grande qualità, piatti locali "come una volta" ma per nulla pesanti. Rapporto prezzo qualità veramente elevato. Dovessi dare un (umile) consiglio, migliorerei solo la proposta dei vini: bere vini romagnoli a Minerbio non è il massimo; con poco sforzo si può rimanere sui Colli Bo bevendo anche meglio. Comunque rimane un locale molto consigliato. Lunch Sun 31/10/2021, with family. Great surprise, as we had never been. Traditional cuisine with high quality raw materials, local dishes "as they once were" but not heavy at all. Really high price-quality ratio. If I had to give a (humble) advice, I would only improve the wine proposal: drinking Romagna wines in Minerbio is not the best; with little effort you can stay on the Bo Hills and drink even better. However, it remains a highly recommended place.

P	Piera Passerini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo festeggiato qui ieri il 50 anniversario di nozze dei nostri genitori. Eravamo in 30 a pranzo e tutti hanno espresso pareri entusiastici. Abbiamo goduto di una giornata meravigliosa sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il tempo era perfetto per l’aperitivo e il taglio della torta in giardino. L’ambiente era stato allestito con cura e buon gusto, pieno di decorazioni deliziose e riferimenti ai festeggiati. Nessun dettaglio lasciato al caso, dai quadretti con gli elenchi degli ospiti, ai tavoli, al prato curatissimo che ha accolto i giochi dei bambini. Il cibo molto buono e il servizio impeccabile. Tutto sotto l’occhio discreto ed attento di Angelo, oste sempre professionale ma capace di creare un’atmosfera di “benvenuti a casa”, che vogliamo ringraziare ancora una volta. Aggiungo anche un cenno al rapporto qualità prezzo, assolutamente vantaggioso. We celebrated our parents' 50th wedding anniversary here yesterday. There were 30 of us for lunch and everyone expressed enthusiastic opinions. We enjoyed a wonderful day from all points of view. The weather was perfect for an aperitif and cutting the cake in the garden. The setting had been set up with care and good taste, full of delightful decorations and references to the celebrated. No detail left to chance, from the pictures with the guest lists, to the tables, to the well-kept lawn that welcomed the children's games. Very good food and impeccable service. All under the discreet and attentive eye of Angelo, a host who is always professional but capable of creating an atmosphere of "welcome home", which we want to thank once again. I also add a nod to the value for money, which is absolutely advantageous.
O	Orazio Österreich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato nel agriturismo Ca‘ Nuova per una decina di giorni, sono stato accolto dal proprietario in un modo davvero eccezionale con un ambiente famigliare e gioioso. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno dal personale molto gentile e simpatico. Al mattino si può fare una buona colazione con crostate deliziose, qualche frutto, yogurt, cereali e altro ancora, (senza escludere caffè e succhi di frutta). Finalmente ho trovato un agriturismo in cui recarmi ogni volta che farò visita in Italia! Concludo complimentandomi con il proprietario e con tutto lo staff dell’agriturismo. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo Agriturismo.

Un locale pulito, intimo e accogliente con servizio impeccabile molto professionale. Credo di non aver visto mai un bagno tenuto così bene in strutture simili. Passando alle portate erano tutte davvero gustose e i complimenti vanno fatti soprattutto al contorno di verdure. Ottima materia prima e cura dei dettagli. Sicuramente ci torneremo perché voglio dare la quinta stella che ho tolto solo per un piccolo errore di cottura ( a parer mio) dei tortellini che erano comunque buoni. We had dinner on Saturday night doing around 50km to get there and will definitely do them again as it met expectations. A clean, intimate and welcoming place with impeccable and very professional service. I believe I have never seen a bathroom so well maintained in such facilities. Moving on to the courses they were all really tasty and compliments should be given above all to the vegetable side dish. Excellent raw material and attention to detail. Surely we will be back because I want to give the fifth star that I removed only for a small cooking error (in my opinion) of the tortellini which were still good.

Feel like part of the family owned Agroturismo with everything they service coming directly from the grounds of the farm ??a real taste for the italian countryside yet only 30 mins from Bologna city centre! Highly recommended.
