Una serata bellissima.
Gente al tavolo simpaticissima.
È stato molto particolare cenare nella completa oscurità. Cercare di orientarsi solo ascoltando i suoni, annusando gli odori e la consistenza per capire cosa stai mangiando.
Un esperienza che consiglio a tutti.

It was very special to dine in complete darkness. Try to orient yourself only by listening to the sounds, smelling the smells and the texture to understand what you are eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso una serata in questa tenuta per l'evento della cena al buio. I piatti erano buonissimi e i ragazzi molto disponibili e simpatici, inoltre prezzo onesto (35€) per una cena completa: antipasto primo secondo e dolce più acqua e vino. Consigliato!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto la tenuta il Ciocco perché colpiti dalla bellezza della location, intima e nel contempo elegante. Appena giunti nella tenuta siamo stati accolti da Manolo che, gentilmente, ci ha offerto due calici di bollicine da sorseggiare in tranquillità di fronte al tepore di un meraviglioso camino a legna. A seguire veniamo accompagnati al tavolo. Petali di rose, candele e musica soffusa a completare un ambiente già di per sé perfetto. Pietanze sapientemente cucinate. Nello specifico ricordo con piacere il delicato gusto del risotto ai mirtilli con crema di gorgonzola, veramente eccellente.
Staff impeccabile ed estremamente professionale. Infine ho avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef Matteo, il quale, con molta professionalità e scrupolo si è accertato che tutto il percorso culinario sia stato di nostro gradimento. Torneremo sicuramente a Bologna e non mancheremo di rivisitare questa bellissima tenuta.
We chose the Il Ciocco estate because we were struck by the beauty of the location, both intimate and elegant at the same time. As soon as we arrived at the estate we were greeted by Manolo who, kindly, offered us two glasses of bubbles to sip in peace in front of the warmth of a wonderful wood-burning fireplace. Afterwards we are accompanied to the table. Rose petals, candles and soft music to complete an already perfect environment. Expertly cooked dishes. Specifically, I remember with pleasure the delicate taste of blueberry risotto with gorgonzola cream, truly excellent.
Impeccable and extremely professional staff. Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting chef Matteo, who, with great professionalism and scruple, made sure that the entire culinary journey was to our liking. We will definitely return to Bologna and we will not fail to revisit this beautiful estate.
